And they will not pay detention.my 4: 40 hours was denied even if I was in time! They will find excuses!

I arrived 30 minutes before my delivery time. It took 2.5 hours just to get a dock. When I took my bills into the office they explained they were running an additional 2 to 3 hours behind schedule (for the unload). The total time was 6.25 hours to deliver this load. Good job Shamrock.

Limited parking but the staff is very efficient every though I was late. The reason for four stars is because there are several dropped trailers which took away available parking.

Quick to get a door, slow as a snail to unload you. Really ridiculous to take six hours to unload and the way they leave your trailer is obsurd also. They do have overnight parking to do your 10 or wait for your load to pick up/deliver. The only thing accommodating about this place.

Good delivery experience. You'll have to park on the street and check in at guard shack. Have your I. D ready and a smile for the cute girls inside.

Not impressed.took all morning to get my drop off loaded.there not in a very big hurry here.on time for appt.made me sit over two hours in staging area b4 a dock was assigned.making me late for final stop.appt time was 0445 am its now 835 and still not unloaded.

Truckers.parking available at staging area. Depending on which facility you go to, loading and unloading can be from slow to "see ya tomorrow".

First you don't pull into the gate Park your trk on the curb not blocking any drive ways, walk to the gate. NOW you can check in at door 2 of guard trailer. NOW walk your happy ass back to your trk and wait for them to call you on the phone. VERY tight parking get there early. The later the longer the walk.

Great for a reefer delivery in Phoenix. Off street parking you can get your 10 in. Unloaded me fast.

Wait 4 hours to get a door. After you get a door wait for lumpers 4 more hours.then wait for the bill's another 2 hours. And if you try asking why it's taking this long the response is (Wait in your truck we will bring the bill's to you) total time spent in this facility 11 hours.

Dropped A Load Here. Actually it's only two pallets but it considered a load. I waited A pretty Good 6 Hours on Sunday Morning! I Thought they Unloading the Trade Towers off my Trailer * *

30 minutes to unload 5 pallets; then wait 4 more hours to get B. O. L.signed.makes no sense, even if you put EVERY box on its own pallet it wouldn't take 4hrs to sort. (5pallets, 140 cs, 8000lbs) They sure cash your check QUICK though. JUST SIGN OUR $&#@ & LET US GO!

Ok I don't know what everyone is talking about but there is a parking lot to park in for those who want to know no parking on the street a parking lot to park in

So far only improvement this place has made in years is the fact that they have a nice new off street staging area on the east end of the facility.now if i could give this place negative stars i would my appt was 0100 i checked in at 2300 she said will call me when ready which was 0130 it is currently 0612 and they are still unloading me needless to say my next pickup im going to be late picking up which means I'll end up being a work in and lose more time sitting there

Hey guys I recently dropped a load there the rules have changed a bit. Now they have designated staging parking lot for Otr trucks 2750 W. ENCANTO BLVD.you must park at the lot then walk up to the Guard shack and check in you give them your phone# and they'll call when they have a door for you most likely you'll be dropping on the other side of the building I added a pic of the map they gave me.they take lunch break at 11am
