We really had a beautiful Journey with Shasta employees in constructing our pool. From the beginning with James Arrowwood he was consistently friendly, helpful, patient, and always smiling. My husband and I were always calling the office are showing up due to being an unfamiliar with a swimming pool. He was always kind. And Candy is a Jewel she always had a calm responsive attitude they're were times when I would call 4 or five times a day she was always helpful patient and willing to explain to us step by step to help us understand the process, we felt very comfortable asking her questions knowing we would receive honest answers.we truly appreciate her help, she's the type of employee that does what she say she will do very professional. The employees at Shasta pool shows so much professionalism our journey seemed easy, every call was returned follow-up was tremendous and we are 100% satisfied with the service we received. Paul and Dean were also professional kind employees of Shasta. They shared the history of the company which really made us feel comfortable that we chose the right company to build our pool our first pool. I cannot leave out the receptionist every time we called and sometimes we showed up at the office, they were always nice, professional, smiling and greeted us happily. They would ask would you like cookies & Coffee? Our experience with the Shasta team I can truly say our experience has been AWESOME.

Candy Protz! She is the best employee this company has, and the greatest assett this company has.very informative and kept me notified and up to date! If it would of not been for her I would be saying different things I am sure! It would be a shame to not acknowledge her and do something as an employee for you! I hope as a company you appreciate and actually tell her how much you appreciate her! Again Candy Protz is the best!

Both Paul our superintendent and Candy our office contact were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and effective. It was a pleasure working with both of them. There were many challenges with our project until they got involved, took control and saw it through to a very successful completion.

We are very happy with our new pool/spa/decking and we would recommend Shasta to anyone interested in a pool because of the above two representatives.

Shasta Pools and Spa was the right choice for me! I’ve been dreaming about my pool for several years and when the time came for me to build, I chose Shasta. My salesperson, Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me to upgrade anything. She listened to what I wanted and helped design my dream pool. My customer service representative, Candy, was an absolute saint! She informed me of expectations all along the way. When I had a question or concern, she was available. Even when I thought I was going to freak out about something, she knew exactly what to do to reassure me! Troy was the best project manager too. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was satisfied with every step. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Cindy, came out twice to teach me how to operate my pump and filter system and I have her number saves just in case! Every contractor was professional, respectful of my privacy and was polite enough to allow me to take photographs and answer my questions. If I had to do it over I would choose Shasta again and again. Special thank you to Troy and Candy for the extra personal treatment.

Had a new filter installed on Thursday 9.27 Monica porras was the corporate rep in sales very good communication very easy process to arrange the install the crew Ronnie and Aaron came out did the installation very clean very detailed very simple straightforward took the old filter away very pleased with the communication process and the final work completed thank you very much. Stephen M. Lucas serviced our Shasta Pool on 8/3/18 in Sun City West, AZ. The Pop-Ups were not working in the bottom of the pool, therefore, it was not cleaning properly. Scheduling was prompt. Upon arrival, Steve could not find the key to the locked gate but searched until he found it - he goes the extra mile! He discovered a gear that was not working and replaced it - under warranty and at no/charge. When finished, he placed a phone call to me to let me know it was repaired! Very nice Technician and very service oriented. Thank you Stephen! You make us appreciate Shasta & and Hope Foster in your Warranty Dept!

Thank you Shasta! We could not be happier with our new pool. Candy and Paul were fantastic throughout the construction process and went the extra mile to make sure everything went as planned and answer all of our questions.

I just had my entire deck redone by the Shasta team and they did a phenomenal job! Craig Miller & Kathy Dupont were my first points of contact and they were extremely helpful and professional in getting the job done to my satisfaction. I also want to thank Manuel, Jose, Frederico and Francisco and all of the crew members for how hard they worked in probably the hottest week of the entire summer. I have been a Shasta pool owner for over 20 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

James was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went over operating instructions of my pool system and then we went into detail of how to keep it maintained for best water quality as well as equipment longevity. James knows his trade and I’m happy he was able to help me out!

Stephen was great and helped us fix our cleaning schedules so they were working properly and energy efficient.

Stephen Lucas did a most excellent job assessing our pool. He determined the problem quickly. He had the parts needed with him. The pool was up and running in no time. It pays to call someone who knows their stuff!

Stephen came out and was very helpful. First time having a pool, so don't know a lot about it. Very patient explaining everything.

Andrew Schwab cleaned our filters on our pool for the second year in a row and does a fantastic job. Very professional, thorough and efficient. I will make sure to request him next time. Thank you Shasta Pools and Andrew.

We had a pool put in last summer and have been extremely happy with the results. The system we have runs so efficiently and when we had an issue with anything, it has been relatively effortless to have them come out to do the services required. They were proficient and professional every time. From the designer Anthony, to the project manager Tom, to all the service reps. BRAVO ZULU.

My techision Daniel Lammay was awesome! He called me as he left the office, got here in a timely manner, and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and helped me know more about my pool system as I asked him questions. I don't give reviews, but today I did. I do a lot of finish woodworking and I am a stickler for quality work, I am very happy with the job.

Shasta and Stephen Lucas, are the Nordstrom of customer service! Stephen came out for initial filter clean, but he went way over and above. He went through the whole system and explained it in laymane terms. He is a true professional and Shasta is best in class!
