This is the third visit for the same problem plus an additional issue. Steve was the only repair person who really listened and thoroughly inspected the system. He seems to have found the problem and fixed it. In addition he was very pleasant and professional.

Pool tech Steve Lucas arrived at scheduled time was very professional and resolved the issues I was having with heads an port kits

Steve Lucas and James Jehle did a fantastic job on some very challenging repairs on our pool. They spent lots of time trouble shooting until they found and corrected the problems.
Monica in service showed concern for an incorrect part that Leslie's sold us and directed us to their warehouse. Chris at the warehouse made sure I went home with what I needed.
Since I fired my pool guy, I use Shasta and the work is always done right the first time.
Shasta sure has a great group of employees!

We had Bill install a new pump on Friday. He was very professional and fast. Very kind and did a great job. Today we had Steve install new gears for the pop ups. He was also very professional and kind. He even showed us how to operate our pool light collectly. Lol Thank you both!
