SimonMed Imaging - Ahwatukee North, Phoenix AZ

Everyone was professional. Nothing out of the ordinary. Service was fast; I didn't have to wait for a long time. This is a plus.

I like this location. I went on a weekday am and it wasnt at all crowded, front office staff could be a little warmer in welcoming but otherwise the tech was awesome and I was in and out fairly quickly for an xray

The office delayed opening 20 mins. There was no explanation for this delay. The receptionist was polite, efficient and processed the back log of clients quickly.

Not sure what happened to the review I posted a month ago, but just wanted to re-post that I was very disappointed with this location because I made it to my appointment exactly on time but the girl at the front desk was overwhelmed with other patients as I stood respectfully, 6 feet away from the other patients.and by the time I got to the front desk, she told me I could no longer keep my appointment because I was not there 15 minutes early. I was there just the month before so they had all my updated information. I drove 20 minutes in heavy traffic to get there on time and was treated like me, and my time were worthless.

This is the third time I’ve come here when the online tracker says “0 people waiting. Come on in” only to show up and be told they aren’t doing any more X-rays. What is the point of directing us to your online wait tracker if it’s just not updated? Can’t make an appointment because X-rays are walk-in only

The staff was terrific; the equipment was ancient which made the wait ridiculous! Such a busy place should have updated equipment. Get with the 21st century!

I appreciate that the wait was not so long and that they were able to see me the same day. Although the staff did not seem too friendly, they were still courteous.

I had a good experience. The staff were very professional and nice. The imaging was fast and waiting time, about 5 minutes at the most.

I initially went to the Simon Med in Laveen and was told the X-ray tech there didn’t have the credentials to do my X-ray. I then called Simon Med to see if they could assist me in finding a location that could complete my X-ray. I was directed to Awhatukee North and when I arrived was told the tech did have credentials but not the equipment. They then had to contact another Simon Med and told me I could head to the Greenfield location. I decided to only get 1 of the 2 X-rays that the tech could do as I was trying to avoid having to drive all over the valley. The technician however was very sweet at the Ahwatukee North location. If I could give her 5 stars, she would get them, but my overall experience was poor, therefore I am giving 2 stars.

I am very happy with the care and service I received. I was treated with dignity and respect, they are OUTSTANDING FOR ME.

The Ahwatukee clinic was excellent. But I was scheduled for the ultrasound at two different clinics. 1st clinic called the night before stating they don't do ultrasounds. Rescheduled my appointment. 2nd clinic 65 miles from home I showed up on Saturday and was told they didn't do ultrasounds. And Rescheduled me to the Ahwatukee clinic. Cost me 21.dollars in fuel on Saturday. So I am not happy with your scheduling department.

One office was very busy and she sent me to another office less busy. Got there and receptionist told me to email Xray order rather than fax cuz fax so delayed. Both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable there

Guy at front desk was very friendly, service was fast, lobby was clean, x-ray tech was friendly, fast at her work and very knowledgeable

The ultrasound tech was very professional and timely. I appreciated his demeanor and he was very friendly and responsive to my questions and needs.

I arrived as a walk in, and only waited about 20 minutes. The tech who took my x-rays was very thorough and kind. And she was sweet too. I will definitely go there again, if needed.

I was disappointed noone in there wore a mask. The ceilings are really low and no ventilation. I had to take mine off for the xrsy and was very nervous. When he said I had to take mine off I told him how nervous I was because he wasn't wearing one. He said yea we don't have to. But did say of you had asked before I would have worn one. I said I didn't think I'd have to take mine off for a neck x-rays? Prsying noone in there before me had covid. Can't believe at a medical office they don't wear mask. Specially this time of year when numbers are going g up on covid, flu and RSV. Shame on them.

Took two and a half hours for email or fax to show up in their office actual time for x-ray 5 minutes everything went great but two and a half hours wait not call for

I called to find out how long the wait was for X-rays. They said 30 minutes. I got there & they still said 30 minutes. There was only one other person in the waiting room. I waited 1 hour 20 minutes? Technician was extremely nice & helpful. Morris than the receptionist

If the office is running late, a phone call would be nice. I picked this location for availability of the appointment even though it was pretty far from my house. I got there just to be told that the appointments were running 30 minutes late which I could not accommodate. I wasted almost two hours driving there and back. And there's signs all over basically telling you to expect this so it seems like this location doesn't staff appropriately.

Walked in for X-ray and was out in 10 minutes with CD images in hand to deliver to my doctor next door. Very kind and polite technician.
