SimonMed Imaging - Ahwatukee North, Phoenix AZ

Shortly after noon today, I left my home in South Mountain for the ahwatukee north location for shoulder x-rays. When I arrived, I was told the tech was going to lunch and could I come back in 40 minutes? She placed a sign on the door saying to come back after 1p. I arrived at 1: 09 for the second time and was largely ignored. I went back to the window reminding her I was there for an x-ray, and that she'd scanned the orders. The place was deserted, I was hard to miss. I waited until 1: 50, asking if the tech knew I was there. I was assured that I was checked in. I was told at around 2: 10 that the x-ray machine was not working, and would I like to go to the other ahwatukee office where there was a half an hour wait. I am called for my x-ray, 2.5 hours after I left my home.
