Fast service, courteous staff. They’re efficient and pleasant. It is so nice to go into a business and be treated with respect, no matter what age you are. Well done whomever does the hiring and training here! 5 stars!

I can’t remember the other tech she was very nice also. At first when they put me in the MRI tube
I started asking them to stop. I felt very closed in. Vince told me I would have a 2 week wait for the open one. I said ok let me try one more time if I push the button you pull me out fast. I closed my eyes and I was able to stay in the MRI tube. Thank you for your patience. If I need another MRI I know where I will go!

Very busy & crowded (hard to find a parking space) but completing the check-in process on-line ahead of time helped stream-line the process, so I was taken back for my first appointment on time. Wasn't pleased with the short notice (less than 24 hrs) that they weren't going to be able to perform an ultrasound which had been scheduled weeks prior. Unable to re-schedule the canceled US via the Avondale location (got disconnected once I finally got to speak to an actual employee) was frustrating, but I was able to reschedule at another location by contacting that location.

Three stars because my appointment was an hour behind schedule, however, The staff were kind and professional.

Quick sign in, front desk friendly. Lady tech not friendly at all, seemed as if she either didn't like her job or not happy to be working on a Monday. Curt with her answers. Nurse or don't know what her title was, she did my ultrasound after the first lady, was so wonderful, very pleasant, answered my questions. She was a good example of what Simon Med stands for. Wish I had gotten her name

There was some patients in front of me and it was going to take a while so they let me go home which I thought was awesome and they called me when I was ready to get my MRI done.

I loved the staff! Very kind, compassionate, friendly and always kept my best interest in mind! I would've gave a 5 star but I was a little disappointed with the blown veins I got. Yes I'm a difficult stick and after the 3 rd try I WAS THANK YOU! All in all my experience was great!

Called me in with little to no wait time, and Rita was a true professional at her trade. Great communication that was meant to make me comfortable and it worked.

The staff was beyond awesome. It was a great experience even for an MRI. I'm planning on scheduling future scans at this location because of the excellent experience I had. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Very friendly staff. Visited on 12/27/18 and the girls at the desk were very nice and professional. MRI techs understood my fears of the machine and did everything to make me feel comfortable.

Front staff seemed busy, so there was little to no talk, when I got to the back it was really quick and she made me feel comfortable while taking my XRAYS. Thank you guys for a fast visit!

I could not have had better service from Fri. Night when I stopped after my Dr.appt. Was able to get an appt.early Sat. Morning for the ultra sound on my leg. The tech.was very kind, explaining each step and especially when she took me aside after the Dr.read my report to explain I had. Blood clot and I needed to go to the ER for treatment. I don’t remember his name but the front desk fella is a jewel with people! I will surely use again if needed. Regards, Frances Ricks

The staff and technicians were very friendly and helpful! Last time I was there at that particular site was over 2 years ago and at that time the staff was unfriendly. So glad I gave this site a chance

All the staff at your facility was kind, informative and compassionate. I especially loved the technician that helped inside the MRI room who comforted me while I was inside the machine and I never at any point felt stupid for needing help. I will definitely recommend your facility!

The staff was very nice. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Check in was very prompt and they made it real easy and comfortable. I was there for X-ray on my hip, I did not have to wait long. The x-ray technician was very nice and professional. I was in and out in a reasonable time. Very satisfied thank you.

They let me know they were running behind, gave me a blanket and let me watch a movie. I was a happy camper. Very accommodating and let me know I wasn't forgotten.

I just had my mammogram done here. I was early and maybe waited 5 minutes. Went right in got my test and was on my way by my appointment time. Nice & friendly tech and awesome place! I would recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and excellent customer service. A technicians went as far as helping a NON-Customer to the correct facility due to she went in looking for Valley radiology

Great! Quick and easy for a walk-in x-ray. I didn’t Have to wait for long. Other radiologists have waiting rooms filled with people. X-ray tech was excellent!
