SimonMed imaging - Avondale

They were all great from the receptionist to the xray tech to the girls who did my MRI. I was comfortable from start to finish of my appointment.

I was in and out very quickly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The technion was very knowledgeable and friendly. I always have a good experience at Simon Med.

Went for MRI. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Got me in fast. Tech was professional and personable. I am claustrophobic and he made me feel comfortable while in MRI machine. Price was good. Highly recommend.

I was a walk in patient yesterday and was able to be scheduled the same day with minimal hassle. My ultrasound was performed by Reta, who was kind, professional and made me at ease during my procedure! Top notch service all around!

My tech was incredible! Very gentle and kind. Mammograms can be VERY uncomfortable if done incorrectly. Plus, add implants to the equation and it can be a nightmare. I had an amazing experience. No pain, no trying to move implants, definately recommend. PS. If techs hurt you by doing this you should leave anyway.thats YOUR first clue they dont know what they are doing!

I absolutely love everyone from the front desk to the back️ Some days I come in not feeling my best and I am greeted with kindness and kaughter something that's free and we all could use in our lives. Treat other like you want to be treated and they do! Pure kindness thank you all

Waited over an hour to be seen even when we had an appt. No phone call to tell us that they were running over an hour behind.

Everyone was very professional and nice to deal with. The tech that did my scan was great to work with and made me feel very comfortable with the process.

Overall X-ray experience was decent, and professional. The dings come in because of treatment. I entered the building and checked in 10ish minutes before another patient, the patient asked for a cut in line and they let her cut me in the process. We all have designated time, we all need the services. Please stop the favoritism.

I've been coming to the Avondale facility for several years now for an annual mammogram, have had ultrasounds, and most recently an MRI. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional, and the wait times have been minimal.

The staff was very friendly and kind. However, the appt 30 min ahead of me showed up after I did (I was on time for my appt) and was still seen before me. So I was seen 50 min after my scheduled time. I also spoke to the business office the day prior because I noticed they were overcharging me and it was settled with them and my insurance for the correct copay. Once I arrived they still tried to have me pay the wrong, inflated amount. Had to verify the correct copay all over again.

Check in was quick, with no hassles. Friendly front desk, wait time wasn’t that long from my appointment time. Helpful and friendly technicians. Overall had a good experience.

Congratulations, the front desk was wonderful, eye contact, smiles! It meant a lot! The wait was a little long! The procedure was okay, the tech friends but, however I could tell she was feeling rushed!

I found all the staff to be helpful & friendly. My veins are very difficult, I believe his name was Eric (?) didn't use me as a pin cushion which made me feel at ease. All in all out of all my visits to Simon Imagine this was the most comfortable. Thank you

Yesterday I was at simonmed they took me in right away the young lady was really gentle and fast I appreciate everything you do I will be coming there for now on for my yearly check-ups thank you the receiving ladies in the front or very professional patients in polite thank you young ladies you're very well appreciated
