25Front desk team is horrible. I had to come in three times because they hadn’t called for a preauthorization in time and they said they didn’t have my phone number to call or cancel. And yet I had updated it in person with them previously. My third time in they said they didn’t have the order from my doctor even though they had it three weeks before.
I really liked that you can do the paperwork online before your appointment.
Everyone was friendly fast and efficient.
Poor, bad experience! They had doctor's orders for two weeks, sent to them directly by my doctor. They only decided to check them at my time of check-in. They had a question and tried to make contact with my doctor on the day he is closed. They said the office would not answer. I told them he is closed on Fridays. They had me wait an hour, only to tell me they could not do the diagnostics because no one would answer at the doctor's office. I again told them he is closed.
Incompetence! They said they would happily reschedule when they had an opening. I had to travel two hours and take a day off to be there. Not again, no way!
Last night I had an appointment with a MRI machine, this time and open machine. The last few times that I’ve had to have an MRI I have not been able to complete the test because of severe anxiety/claustrophobic episode. But this time I asked for an open MRI machine. They experience I’m a say was awesome because of the problems I’ve had before I actually was

Told me scans would be to dr office in plenty of time. They werent, so went to appt with dr only to have to go back home and want for results. Not happy about this I told the receptionist at doctors office results will be back in plenty of time and also told me the same thing. And it never happened!
Was not prepared for them to tell me the cost was going to be $700 so I had to reschedule so they can talk to insurance. Then when I get there a second time they tell me they are 45 minutes behind. That would have been fine if they called and told me before hand so I wouldn't have to pay my babysitter more
Paperwork was easy to do & I was called back quickly. I had to have a full bladder for my ultrasound & they understood time was important. Very nice & professional staff!
All the staff was very nice. 1st ime I had ever been to that facilitie. They were prompt and excellent customer service. I was out in no time at all. Thank SimonMed staff!
Came in at 4: 15 to see if I could squeeze in a chest xray while on that side of town. They gladly took my request and the procedure was quick and easy!
I had a full days worth of cat scans, ultrasounds, and x-rays. They got me out of there in a couple of hours. I was really happy about that! Very friendly staff.
The front desk staff was very disconnected and unfriendly. I wasn’t greeted in any way just acknowledged that I was there. The ex ray tech was very friendly and Very efficient
Office staff was friendly and helpful both in the appointment process and upon arrival. The technician demonstrated concern for Sharon’s special needs and assisted after the MRI in helping with her disabilities.
Over booked.appt at 1: 00pm got there 12: 45 pm. Nice receptionist but seemed a bit overwhelmed with vast amount of clients waiting.filled out paperwork and waited over 40 min to be seen.then taken back to dressing room got dressed in gown.waited another 20 min at least before MRI.got out of there at 2: 18 pm.to long of processing.
I was a walk-in with my Drs order. They took my info and set me up for mammogram. The lady who did the exam was kind and thorough. I appreciated her empathy and care.
No waiting time, had two different tests to do and accomplished both very efficiently and effectively. Will definitely use this site again. These people understand good customer service and work hard to achieve it
I had an XRay done at Simon Med yesterday and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable from the front desk to the XRay technician, I would recommend Simon Med to anyone needing these kind of procedures.
I had a Mri yesterday and I feel the nurse should have mentioned the side affects BEFORE the procedure. I wish I could get my bill settled dating back to 2013. It shows as not paid but it also shows that you refunded two of my checks because I over paid.
The staff was professional and greeted me as I walk in the door.they were attentive and about their business in reference to my appointment.they will always well-mannered and courteous they got me in and out in a timely manner and everybody had a great personality and appear to enjoy what they were doing. When I left the facility I felt like that they had service me properly for the services that was rendered! Thank you
Staff was very helpful, even being an hour and a half behind they were pleasant and kept us informed. One bit of advice in winter the lobby is cold, everytime the door opens a rush of cold air so bring a jacket or sweater.
Had 2 schedule three times techs would not believe I've had an x-ray on my head to determine that the stent in my head was had no metal in it I went personally myself picked up the paperwork from aztech radiology and brought it back to this facility to show them that I had no metal in my head and they still had to review it again tried several times to contact this location and the main number would not transfer me overall time to get an MRI was over 2 weeks long
They called 45 min before my appt. To tell me they were an hour behind schedule. I appreciate that. I MRI was quick.gave me a blanket because it was very cold. Staff was pleasant. Facility was clean. Suggestjon.offer water while waiting.
