25People were very friendly. I had an appointment and was able to get in and out quickly! My tech made me feel very comfortable and was fast and proficient!
I needed a stat ultrasound and I got the order at 7pm the night before and they were able to get me in at 10 am and I didn’t have to wait long when I actually got there and they got my ultrasound to my doctor same day as well because of your condition and I am very appreciative for their sense of urgency & effectiveness
When I arrived, I was told to be a 45 minute wait. But since I had to fill out paperwork anyway, I decided to go ahead and stay. After doing the paperwork, it turned out my wait was a lot shorter than I expected. I was treated professionally, and was told exactly what they needed to do. This is a very busy facility, so I plan accordingly.
Quick service, friendly staff and good products. I had an ultrasound at the East MESA baywood site this last time but have used several sites around the valley and I always get good care!
Went for x Ray Sat there for over 20 minutes then found out we needed insurance card. Decided to go get it. Asked if we would go to the back of the line when we got back and was told no. When we got back we waited over 40 minutes. I finally went to ask how long it would be. At that point we were brought back in 10 minutes. Girl running x ray maChinese was great.
