I had an appointment at 2: 15 yesterday for an mri and ct. I waited an hour and 45 min. To only be able to get mri. My appointment for ct was made weeks ago. The lady at desk told me the insurance auth was sent in yesterday and has not been approved. Then suggested that I can self pay and that I made my appointment too soon. Again appointment made two weeks prior. Auth sent in the day of appointment. My insurance approves things generally rapidly.
This was the second time I had come in for this appointment. First time was for understandable reasons. However now I have to come back a third time. And go through this disorganized nightmare again.
I feel like my time has been wasted. I had to reschedule prior obligations. And was given no validation but a finger pointed at me for their mistakes
I took a physical STAT order to the thunderbird and 56th Ave location and was supposed to have cat scan test and X-ray. They forgot to do X-ray and when I called them to reschedule and have them look up the order, the rude customer service rep told me that they weren’t showing xray in their system. So I asked what does the staff do with physical orders after receiving from patients and she told me she has no idea. And had no compassion to the fact that this is a stat order and I need surgery. And due to their mistake I now being inconvenienced. She put me on hold to speak to a supervisor and left me on hold forever.
The site was easy to find and the personnel was very professional and efficient. The procedure was done in a short amount of time.
I was rescheduled 4 times and took 5 appointments to get my MRI’s done. I needed 2 MRI’s both with and without contrast. All were rescheduled 4 times. When I arrived to finally have them done there was no one there who was capable of getting my IV started. After 3 attempts and 3 blown veins they told me that I would have to come back again to get the pcontrast portion of the exam because they couldn’t get the IV.
Not my idea of good customer service.
Was informed at check-in it would be 45 minutes plus or minus. Approximately 45 minutes later (10: 00 A. M.) I was told per the X-Ray tech they couldn’t get to me until after 2: 00 P. M. So much for walk-ins being welcome. I opted to return on another date. This visit wasted at least 1&1/2 hours of my morning on March 19,2021.
One word sums it all up. Incompetent. Find a different location, and save yourself the headache. These people had the MRI order faxed to them three times and they still claimed they never received it. When asked for a copy to hand-carry to the doctor, I was told I would need to wait. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked the girl how much longer and she said it's barely at 22%. Ridiculous just find a different location. Save yourself a headache. Btw, it was myself and one other patient in the office at the time. Mri staff were very professional and friendly tho.
As a new patient to this SimonMed facility, the staff was very welcoming both up front and from the nurse or technician who helped with the procedure. I was in and out in under 1 hour which works for me! Thank you, truly.

My appt was erroneously scheduled at the Spectrum location, but when I arrived at the Thunderbird location the receptionist could not even tell me where the Spectrum location was. Fortunately I was able to be seen with 45 min at the Thunderbird location
The technician that serviced the mammograms was delightful as was the new equipment! I was even taken in earlier than my appointment time!
Really appreciated the service I received here today. The wait was a little long but Wayne did an awesome job once he took me back for Cat Scan. He was gentle, kind, and I felt he cared. I am 87 years young and always appreciate kindness and sincere effort, and Wayne was awesome. I appreciate this Radiology Dept. Very much.
High regard here for confidentiality and the patient as a person. Not necessairly true of other locations. Will be using this location for future med.needs.
I was told that I wasn’t suppose to pay $92.90 and then went in and your front desk administration person said i did have to pay, it was frustrating. Other than that the staff was nice.
I arrived on time and with in 5 minutes I was changing cloths stepted into the machine the tech was courteous, he explained all that easy about to happiness! In All a pleasant experienc!
Very courteous and friendly staff. I was made to feel very comfortable and was constantly updated about the MRI progress. I couldn't have been made to feel any better about the whole process.
The tech Jill Miller was great and I liked Dr Curly, I did sedation and was a little panicked but Jill explained what she was doing and she calmed me down
The ladies at the front desk weren't friendly. Didn't make eye contact. Didn't greet me, only asked if I had an appointment. When I said yes. She handed me a clip board & told me to fill this out. & bring my insurance card when finished filling the paper out.
The lady who did perform the test was more friendly & helpful.
People there for very cheerful early in the morning sometimes I have gone there and the receptionist they look like they were mad at the whole world they don't smile I think they should act like they like to be there to help people out not to give the impression that they're mad because that make us feel bad p that that day I was the they were very kind and courteous I was happy that day I was there
Front desk was smiling and pleasant felt they Made all people welcome. They deserve a 5 at third location. The mammo tech didn’t smile, didn’t really greet when we went back to area. She seemed like she was happy to be there. Otherwise fine.
