Everyone was nice! My dr. Asked to have a shoulder MRI. Uesterday he nade a note requesting a bilateral MRI and simon med wouldn't do it. I'm paying out of pocket so I'm not sure why they couldn't do it especially since I'm paying for it.
I had wonderful experience there the Staffing was wonderful kind there's no words to say how great their customer service and they service was with me they was very polite they smiled and that's the way it's supposed to be at all medical facilities some medical facilities you don't get that but I'd like to say thank you simonmed for your wonderful hospitality)
Thank you for seeing me in a quick n friendly manner as a waking.i was told it would be 30 -45 mins wait but it only took about 40 mins over all wait with x-rays.
The wait for x-rays was quite awhile but once the technician got you in the room she was very thorough and kind. She also apoligized for the wait. Girls at the front desk were very helpful also.
My experience was very pleasant. CSR's were very friendly and courteous. My X-Ray tech was also professional in her job and very easy to talk with. Over all, I was in and out in no time considering I had two different X-Rays done. Very satisfied with all the service I received.
