I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a diagnostic mammogram. Appointment was at Noon and I arrived at 11: 40. Finally called back at 12: 20. Had mammogram and then waited 20 minutes and they needed 2 more images. Waited another 40 minutes as Radiologist was now doing biopsy. Then cleared and waited another 30 minutes for ultrasound. This was the most frustrating weight as I could hear the technician speaking with another employee about fast food restaurants for 30 minutes I waited!

We brought our son to your facility to complete a STAT order. While checking in on the internet, I noticed that our appointment had been changed from 9: 30 to 11: 45 with NO notification. Due to needing the first available appointment, we drove from Ahwautukee to downtown Phoenix. Once there, we were advised that there was a technician on duty to perform the test. ZERO starts would be given, if possible.

We waited for 4.5 hours just to get a chest x ray on Saturday. We walked in early am and we’re told about a two hour wait, we checked in and waited outside, we even went out to eat and came back, only to still wait 2.5 more hours. The staff didn’t seem to mind the long waits and we’re unsympathetic to anyone’s complaint, even laughed at several people when they did.

This location is bu far one of the worst ones, the technicians are late, this is very unprofessional, nobody updates anyone about time frame, yet if you're late yourself they make you re schedule. This is ridiculous!

I had an appointment with SimonMed for a PET scan at 6: 30 am. I got there at 6: 15. When I signed in I was told my appointment was at 8: 00.
This isn't the first time that they messed up one of my appointments but It will be the last. I had to give them 1 star to post this but they didn't earn it.

I've been here to get two MRI, and multiple x-rays, before and after a neck surgery. The staff is friendly, professional, very accomodating. I've only had positive experiences here and I recommend them to everyone.

I love how SimonMed offers early morning appointments as well as late evening appointments. They've always been true to my scheduled time and I haven't had to wait. I also appreciate how they gave me an estimated cost that was due over the phone prior to my appointment and if anything changes, they call back with a new amount. They make imaging easy and hassle free.

Very Bad Experience. It's My Sister First Baby & They Didn't Let Anyone In The Room For Her Gender Ultrasound. Don't Recommend Very Awful Experience.

I love love this place! I will NOT go to the other place their competitor! Check in is smooth, they set up payment plans if needed so you NEVER go into collections. Staff is knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer, they will find. No on is condecing towards you they have HUMAN KINDNESS. I will always use this facility! Thank You

Their customer service was outstanding. I was in their office for a CT scan on my right wrist and they were very polite to help me with the paperwork.

Was very uncomfortable and not very friendly. Being there for testing which was scarey Adams feeling like a number. Just not a great experience. I was still bleeding when I left and just sent home.

Yanet was amazing. She was so caring and informative. Dr Nino was very quick with the procedure and explained everything as he was going along. It was totally painless!

The office was very busy. But the staff was very nice told me it was going to be a long wait. But they actually were getting patients in and out quickly. So I didn't mind waiting. When it was my turn my tech was very nice. Good experience.

I went there yesterday for my yearly mammogram screening. The place was very unsanitary and the staff at the desk are inattentive of patients who may need to sit while waiting in line to be checked in. I had been riding the bus all day and the restroom had a large hand written OUT OF ORDER sign on it. The trash cans were overflowing and the restroom I used was full of janitorial supplies that need to be put to good use. The lobby was pretty full and there were several people coughing without covering their mouths. I pointed out a box of tissue to a gentleman sitting near me, but he didn't want it so I just grabbed some for myself. I would appreciate a protective mask if I am going to be exposed to "who knows what" while trying to have a healthy screening for breast cancer.

The equipment did seem state of the art and the radiologist was wonderful and she agreed that people should care about infecting others with their coughs She seemed very thorough and understanding when I almost fell asleep while standing in the mammogram machine.

That is why I am giving this location 3 stars for yesterday's service only. I have been here before and I don't recall any issues in the past.

I went in scared to death about my procedure. I was going to have and the nurse just talked to explained everything showed me my exrays what they were looking at and that’s what they were going to Biopsy. I am so glad I went there they are fantastic. Would recommend anybody they had to have that procedure done.

After I went to you fully hydrated the second time everything went very smoothly. You are very professional and very nice. I was impressed when I walked in and was immediately put at ease. Thank all of you very much for caring.

My Technician was Awesome, she explained as we went. My first time getting a 3D mammogram and she explained everything. I was able to get in a little earlier than my appointment. This was my first time at Simon Med for this exam and it won't be my last.

The Dr told me it could take up to 4 hours to do my mri of my brain and spine it took 1 hour 45 min and I couldn't have handled much more thank God they had fatf top of the line machines that went way faster than expected. There was a bit of a wait and that bumped a few ten and fifteen minute scans ahead of me but I was ok wth that my scan was the longest one they were doing I wouldn't have wanted those people to wait that long. I was pleased over all.

I stood at the front desk for a couple of minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The lobby bathroom was disgusting. Once I left the lobby, my experience was very positive.
