SimonMed imaging - Phoenix

I'm pregnant I went to this location to get an ultrasound. I'm not very happy with the picture they provide to me. I would have given a five-star if the the person doing the the ultrasound would have done a better job that I know that person could have done better. During the session there was a better quality poses of the fetus. Hopefully next time I'll go with the different worker at this location on 3rd Ave and Virginia I believe

The people at SimonMed, from the front desk to the radiologists, to the Doctor's are ALL beautiful, remarkable, awesome people and I would like to take THIS opportunity to THANK them one and all! They make the WHOLE EXPERIENCE safe, happy, and really feel wanted from the get-go. I have been to SimonMed many, many times and each experience has been a very good one. I do so commend them for doing not JUST a good job, but a GREAT JOB! THANK YOU AGAIN!

The staff is excellent. Friendly, professional, quick, efficient, helpful. I wasn't sure I'd be able to get my xrays done. I went to a different location a few days before, checked in 45 minutes before my MRI, waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, and when I tried to get my xrays done they told me they stopped doing them during the time I was sitting in the waiting room!

This location took me as a walk-in with less than an hour till closing, took care of my extensive x-ray orders, and had them sent over to my doctor promptly. They even helped me find an outlet to charge my phone so I could have power while waiting for my veyo driver so I didn't miss him! Many facilities are not this courteous and understanding.

My only gripe, and reason for 4 stars is that this seems to be the location that Simon Med forgot about. Old furniture in the waiting area, run down, chipping paint, broken tile. The facility needs a makeover to bring it up to the standards to match the high caliber of the employees. If this is what the patients are seeing I can't imagine how bad the employee areas must be.

Upon my third visit back to the clinc my blood clot filter was successfully removed by Dr. Agha. I was very impressed by the team of nurses and the facility. Dr. Agha told me exactly what he was going to do thru the duration of my three visits and proceeded to follow through. I like that. I would highly recommend Dr. Agha and the team of professionals at Simond Med imaging!

My experience at the 3rd Street office of SimonMed was excellent. An intake clerk greeted me as soon as I approached the desk and she was very pleasant and helpful. The ultrasound tech Adam was also very nice and considerate. He also took the time to answer my questions about the procedure. The 3rd Street office has always been pleasant and helpful when I've gone there. I had an awful experience at your Avondale office two years ago when a different doctor told me to go there. I won't ever go back to your Avondale office. I'm so glad to return to your 3rd Street office and find that it is still as pleasant and helpful as it was on prior visits.

I have used Simon Medical for the tests that are ordered for me for
a few years now! I've found them to be courtious, friendly and the staff helps you get through what might be a stressful time! I'll continue using them! I feel comfortable there!
