Absolutely best complex we have lived in. Amazing staff/team—very helpful and friendly. Amenities are wonderful, community is great and the apartments are clean/well-kept. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area!

The best thing about Sky Ancala is definitely their staff! The first time we came here Lucy welcomed us with a big smile and showed us the place around, she told us about her own experience living here and how she loves the vibe and making use of all the amenities like the lounge, gym and pools, she also promised to keep in contact and that she would be here to help us if anything comes up, out of all the leasing agents from different apartment complexes we visited she was the only one who followed up with us, she was definitely part of the deal why we chose Sky Ancala, and she has been responsive everytime we‘ve run into an issue, We’ve been living here for almost a year now and we’re about to renew our lease, happy customers so far!

To all renters looking for a new home, this is your oasis in the middle of everything. All you need is just around the corner, walking distance. The office is run by the most helpful, caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff you would ever want, especially Sheridan, who always went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The maintenance staff will do anything you need and if a problem arise on the weekend, they will do all they can to accommodate you until the next business day. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. Pets are so very welcome, there's even a dog park! The landscape is beautiful and you can watch nature up close. They also have all the amenities you might need. The apartments are cozy and clean. I loved every minute I lived there and if they had 3 bedrooms, I would still be there. I never wanted to leave, it was my home! I was very sad the day I moved out. Thank you Sheridan for been such a wonderful person.

I have been a resident since September 2019. Lucy was amazing in showing me around and helping me find the right unit to call home. Sheridan and Lucy both provide outstanding service to their prospective residents and that continues while you reside here. The maintenance staff is professional and everyone in the community is happy to call Sky Ancala home. Many residents have become my friends because the community here is so warm and inviting. They provide the most fun community events and treat every resident like a good neighbor would. The location is prime but the staff and residents are what keep me staying here and calling this my home.

Everything about this place was amazing. First, Sheridan, our leasing agent, was fantastic throughout our entire lease. He was very responsive and straight forward about our entire lease. The amenities that Sky Ancala offered were more than exceptional during my year long lease. If I ever needed to move into an apartment again I would sign at Sky Ancala in a heartbeat. The people who live here make it feel like an amazing community. 10/10 recommend!

Terrific place to live. Great staff and well maintained units, public Arias and spaces. I am very pleased with the appartment complex.the pool and the gem are fantastic

We have been nothing but happy here! The staff is wonderful and treats it's residents like family not just tenants.which is very refreshing! They do a great job! We look forward to continuing to call Sky Ancala our home.

The grounds are very well kept and look stunning year round. They have 2 pools with hot tubs, an excellent gym with every workout machine, and even free coffee! The staff are polite and very professional. The events they put on for their residents are top notch and super fun! They even have a dog park and barbecue grills throughout the complex.

I moved to sky ancala 1 year ago it has been an amazing experience, great company, awesome people, very clean, the people in the office are always there for you, Lucy, Alfonso and Sheridan are very happy and very helpful, they always listen to me when i need something and get things done very professionally.

Was pet sitting for a friend who lives here. For the most part it is clean and safe. Parking is difficult if you have two cars and want to be close to your apt. Was in a bottom unit.you will hear your neighbors do everything. Is not concrete between walls or floors. Dogs are not always picked up after. Not quite what I would expect for Scottsdale Luxury but to each there own interpretation.

Awesome apartment complex! Super up to date and not to mention the amazing pools and gym! Sheridan and the front office people know how to get things done and are very helpful and efficient!

The staff, especially Lucy was great to deal with. I would recommend this apt complex because they care about the happiness of their community.

The workers here are very nice beautiful complex but both the pools was shut down and it was actually sorta dirty outside like we found a big branch off of a tree on the side of the sidewalk so I wasn't impressed with that at all

This place doesn't even deserve the 1. They steal yout money and could care less about it. Don't apply here cause they charge $249 to apply. You will not get your admin fee back $199 although anywhere else will refund whether you get denied or decide to back out of the move in. They even keep your deposit if you choose to change your mind and not move in. The manager is the most cold hearted person I've spoken to in my life. It's all about business there.but try to make it seem as if they love all there residents. Stop being fake. I will be contacting BBB right after finishing this review.

My family have lived here before years ago and thought it was ok then. But now it seems with the new owners and new management things are constantly improving. I’m especially thankful to Denis at the moment who just fixed my sink! I would definitely recommend this property!

My roommate and I are extremely satisfied residents of Sky Ancala. We love the beautiful landscaping and pools, the on-site fitness facility, and the amazing hospitality of the management team. Definitely the nicest place I've ever lived and no complaints whatsoever.

When we first decided to move into this place, we were really excited. The location is great and the pools and amenities are nice. When we moved into our unit, the apartment was filthy. The drawers were filled with hair, the tubs and showers hadn't been cleaned, and the kitchen pantry needed a severe deep cleaning. We decided to look past this as we really liked the area. We've lived here almost two years now and it's just gotten worse. They're constantly shutting the water off due to pipe leaks at all hours. Stating it will only take one hour to fix and then four hours later there's still no solution and they're telling you it'll be another few hours. It's always during the week making getting ready for work or bed almost impossible. There's got to be a better solution for this. They also have told us they're upping our rent in June, if we renew, by $25 and then AGAIN in February by, get this, $75-90 a month. Needless to say we will not be renewing our lease and do not recommend this apartment complex. It's not worth the money they charge and it is NOT a luxury apartment.

I have lived at Sky Ancala for 1 and half years. I love it. You cannot ask for a better place. Also the people in the front office are wonderful. They treat me like Family.
