Brandon post is Troublesome. His
neighbor, allegedly Brandon‘s neighbor beats his wife On a regular basis. My problem is with Brandon, perhaps his priorities are backwards. If that happens again CALL 911 first.

Worst place ever. #2058 always beating his wife black and blue at 6: 00 am. But then walks outside with their cross on their necks like Christians. Fake!

Moldy bathroom tubs. Jacuzzi is always broken and hasn't been cleaned in years but still charged on your bill every month for "amenities" you can't even use. Office and maintenance staff completely useless.

Great complex, the team there is very helpful and polite. Always ready to help with anything. The pools are clean and every plant, tree and grass are very good taken care of. Only the AC is not the most powerful but it's good enough

The rent is as reasonable as you'll find in this area, but admittedly, it does continue to go up every year. Flexible options for length of lease, and the staff on the whole is very helpful.

I'd give them 5 stars if they allowed for scheduling of specific times for maintenance, or made recycling easier (recently reduced # of recycling containers).

Great location in North Scottsdale near the 101 w/ grocery stores, restaurants, dry cleaners, day care, veterinarian and dental offices all within a block just across the street.
