The team there are super friendly and informative. I wasn't sure wat came in some the specialty burgers and they helped me understand and choose the right options for me.

Got delivery from the store. The driver never showed up. I had to call them to get help in which they gave me a number that wasn't accessible as a customer. I then had to sit on the phone with them for over an hour trying to get help which no one seemed to be able to do. Vince did try to help me out but from both his end and my end we could do nothing and now I am left hungry and unhappy because the company is too incompetent to give out information to either the customer or the store on issues like this. I just want to note that this is more of a ream on the company rather than the store, as the workers were really professional and the manager did whatever he could to help me out although he really didn't have a lot of power due to the company not giving either him or myself any information to resolve the issue.

I love the Spice Baja without jalapeños but also the cashier service is excellent lends a lot of tension to what the customer wants and handles the issue of points and the use of the app well

Good tasty food, great friendly staff!

Tried it Saturday, loved it so much I had it Sunday as well. The staff was always friendly! They bring your food out and they take your trash away. For such an affordable meal I don’t expect that, and is sort of shocking to the fast food industry. The burgers were also very clean, they weren’t greasy at all. I felt like I was eating real food, not diabetes.

Food was great super delicious. But for what it's worth and the size of the burger. I rather eat at red robin and pay the same for more fries and burger.basically burger to small and its expensive

This is by far the most consistently great Smash Burger that we have been to. They are always nice, food is great, malts tremendous. Highly recommend.

Food is great. Bring buffalo fries to AZ and I would give 5 stars. Most likely will not go back until then.

As a burger place the options are good, but I prefer a large amount or large burger. They got more tasteful options but I feel it's never enough for me. I maybe just overweight so I require more to eat to satisfy my hunger but I still enjoyed the food and the service.

For the price you pay its not the best.but it does have Wi-Fi.other than that nothing real great about the food

And of course don't get me started on their KILLER Chocolate / Oreo shakes

The food was amazing, the service was great, and atmoshpere was good. I order two classics, one beef one crispy chicken fries fried pickles and a mocha coffee shake. Everything was good but I forgot that wife hated chocolate. I asked the employee if I could switch it for a caramel one. The employee asked the manager and did it for me. I thought that was so nice, free of charge and were very nice and professional. Definitely will return.

My milkshake was melted when I got it and we waited a while, but other than that the food is great!

Food was OK, but kind of expensive for what it was. The staff seemed indifferent about our presence. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge that we were there and waiting to order, even though they were only half full and not busy.

Smash burger is the best fast casual burger place! You can get a lot of the options you can get at Burgers Bar in Jerusalem in Israel (if they add garlic / aioli and other sauces they'd have it all). The main competitors - In and Out Burger, Shake Shack, and Five guys do not compete (except that In and Out is notably cheaper and open much later). And yes I do like fried eggs on my burgers.

I went in mid-afternoon to place an order and the order took 20 MINUTES to come. I found out they stopped the timber on the screen to improve their metrics, forgot to put cheese on my burger and the fries were COLD …. ALL after 20 minutes. I spoke to the district manager director who told me the district manager changed for that store from a couple weeks ago and you get the run around. I would stay away from this place as much as possible!

Worst burger i ever had.if you want a salty burger, more salt on ur burger then on your fries come on in. And the employees are great at not caring what you want on your burger

The absolute best Cheeseburger I have ever eaten! The flavor was awesome! Large hamburger, extremely tasty! I Love going to Smash Burger! I Love there fries too! I've never eaten anything else there! When I find something I like, I stick with it! I would give them a hundred stars if I could! They Rock in my World! ️
