28 Smash pass is for $1 for Any entree. Yes, certain extras cost more, but basic entrees are all included. This is the only location that gives issue. Told twice that manager told employee that deal doesn't apply to bacon triple double, yet even the manager put it through no questions asked when on register. So maybe a miscommunication with employee.
Smash pass is next to worthless though. Coupon you get with purchase is almost as good. Better unless you use your pass every single day without fail
Food is always good. Very pricey without coupon
They give a pathetic amount of fries with their meal. And when I expressed my concern to an employee, she said "ummmm thats what you get". I think I counted 13 french fries with my food. The patties were dry and a bit over cooked and they flipped the tables and chairs of over half of the restaurant do they wouldnt have to clean them again to go home.
Worst smash burger I have been to. Every time I order online or over the phone, they forget something.every.single.time.then I have to sit and wait.
The food was good. But there was a manager crystal who took our order and was incredibly rude. Her comments. Her attitude. Her eyes getting wider and wider and more impatient. That was the second my family and I walked up to the counter. She was talking so fast and trying to get us out of hair that we literally could barely understand what she was saying. I'm not the first to write a review including this PROBLEM. Horrible. If I wasn't a Christian. But I am. Bless her heart.
No staff to work the counyer waited 10 minutes in line. And staff looks miserable. Hire more people please!
Worst customer service by assistant manager crystal. Very poor service they don't know what they doing.
I love the friendly people and delicious food! The reeses peanut butter shake and malt is good! I'm so happy my little girl can get grilled chicken too!
