26This place is so unprofessional I would not recommend. The lady in the front was rude for no reason and said they didn't even know what blood to do and it's right on the order. I think they just said that because they were already closing. Choose a different location t choose a different location than here.
Very hard to find. It will be better to go few miles instead of looking for this location in fifth floor. I asked couple people and finally found the location after 17 minutes.
I expected to wait a long time walking in at 3pm with a full waiting room, so the 1.5hr wait didn't come as a surprise. The man and newbie at the front desk were super nice! The lady who drew my blood was super nice too.
I took my 18 month old daughter to have her blood work done. The phlebotomist, in training, we were given couldn't find a vein. They had to poke her three separate times. Total nightmare! I cried more then my daughter and I rarely EVER cry.
Okay, place. The lady that is taking my blood was great. Expect for the front lady who checks you in. Completely rude and not very nice! Wouldn't come here again!
The lady at the front desk who checks you in is extremely rude! Seems annoyed when you ask questions. It shows that she isn't happy with her job, hopefully her manager will do all the patients a favor by replacing her. Or finding her something where she doesn't have to deal with the public.
