24Flight to Kansas had no WiFi. Flight back to Phoenix had WiFi paid the 8$ but couldn't even watch Netflix as they want you to purchase their movies for 5$. Other than that the flight was good both planes were clean and getting on and off was easy. Just upset I paid the 8$ for WiFi for nothing. Price for tickets was fair round trip paid extra for the early bird for girlfriend and I kept my original boarding number and it paid off. Overall I was happy with the experience just a little bored.
The check in lines are long but go quickly. I love that it is free to check in luggage. They do want you to tag your own bags at the kiosk now. Low fares including one way fares. No cost to change your flight
Best airline and points system in the USA. Sky Harbor is always pleasant to fly into due to the ease and flow of their operations.
Do NOT check your bags at the Car Rental return. UNLESS, you want to spend hours wondering where your luggage is. Our bags never made it and was on the next flight out. Hours of worry and wasted time. Thumbs down SWA!
