Was going to go in there and look for some appliances, walked to the door and seen that some of the workers were not even wearing a mask, turned right back around.

The store is Too Small, with Too Many people in there, to be allowing that during this pandemic.

Ramon was very personable and professional. He installed our dishwasher and tested it for leaks and worked hard at making sure it was level. I hope we get him back to install our stove when it comes in. We have had nothing but professional service from Spencer's, from the salesman, the follow up, scheduling and installation. Will def be back.

I was originally very happy with our experience at Spencers. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were looking for appliances for our new home. We were in and out, which we appreciated since we had our young son with us. Everything went smoothly when my fridge, washer, and dryer were purchased, with everything being in stock the day I purchased on 3/3 with delivery scheduled for 3/9. The day before scheduled delivery, I get a call stating the dryer is out of stock, and won’t be back in stock until 3/18. Not sure why, since it was in stock when I purchased, but I understand that the pandemic has slowed a lot of things down, etc. But I did think it was a little convenient that the dryer went out of stock the day before scheduled delivery. The fridge and washer got delivered with no issues. 3/18 comes and goes, with no communication regarding the dryer. I called and asked, and they pretty much said they don’t know and don’t have any answers at this point, but will call with further information. Now it’s another week gone by, no communication. I’m a generally patient person, but now it’s been almost a month of no dryer. Between air drying clothes or going to a family’s home to do laundry, it’s just been a frustration. Granted things could be worse, but this definitely brought my original 5 star rating down. I will be calling again tomorrow for, hopefully, a better update.

I visited on 032821. It was my first time coming here. When I walked in I thought the selection looked limited but that is not what caught my eye. Every employee except for one did not have a mask on. There was not even social distancing happening. I understand that facemasks are not mandatory as of today but it surprised me that Spencer's would just say no need to wear mask. They get a lot of traffic in their stores so it would be in my opinion a no brainer to help stop the spread and to give their customers piece of mind that they take our health and safety seriously. We took a look around and we were interested in something to buy in the store but the sales rep would just not let up and was so close to my wife and myself that if he had Covid-19 so would we. We just left the store after that despite our interest and decided to spend more on another item online. Spencer's is the biggest appliance seller west of the Mississippi from what I understand so please help stop the spread and wear masks and social distance so your customers feel safe.

The delivery men were quick and professional. No problems at all. Would use them again if given the opportunity.

Delivery guys were great and on time. Followed my directions.

We called right after leaving the store and asked that the fridge be shrink wrapped to avoid any damage above what we accepted.it was not done and that disappointed me.

Delivery was fantastic! Got a call saying he would be early and Jeremy was soon here. Introduced himself and teammate and old washer out and new washer in! No dings, no bruises, scratches. Adam our salesperson was fantastic when we arrived near closing and the only thing that remains is catching up on laundry!

Thank you Spencer’s for the fast delivery of our new appliances. The boys were great about calling to let us know exactly when to expect their arrival. Nice store and friendly employees.

My 13 year old dryer died, it was time for a new set. I shopped around and the competition couldn’t get what I wanted for two weeks. Spencer’s had the best price & delivered the next day. Whew, so grateful

Nathan our sales person was knowledgeable but not pushy. He answered all my wife’s questions keeping it simple and in terms easy to understand. This helped my wife make her decision without feeling pressured.
The delivery person was very customer friendly, timely and efficient. We will be back for our gas range and dishwasher.

I buy all my appliances from Spencer's. My latest purchase was a new stove. When my original choice was delayed a month the sales rep, Ken Mitchell, called and offered me a different model.same style and same features but better brand and it was delivered in a few days.today. Spencer's has the best service, the delivery guy, Jeremy, was so nice and friendly and knowledgeable. I will always buy from Spencers!

I've purchased many appliances from Spencer's. They've always given me a great price and delivered everything on time. I really enjoyed working with Joe. He made things very easy.

Nathan White helped us, our fridge broke and we were losing everything and they were backed-up for deliveries but without us asking he went and contacted someone with the deliveries and called our situation a “hot box” and they worked it out and delivered a new fridge the following day before 1 pm. I was definitely happy with our service and if someone asks I would recommend this Spencer’s.

Installation was on time, efficient and appropriate. All appliances tested to assure proper working order. Friendly installers enjoyed their jobs. Flawless experience.

The delivery and installation of our new washer and dryer went very well. We are well satisfied with the crew and the work that they did.
