If Spencer’s sells it, buy it there! Our garage refrigerator died and a friend recommended Spencer’s. I have never shopped there but have had such horrid experiences at Home Depot and Lowes that I was willing to pay more for any customer service. We purchased new kitchen appliances at Spencers. I had done my homework and priced out what we were buying at 4 different big box stores. Spencers price was $500 less and Ken Mitchell provided expertise that we needed. It was a good experience.
