I took my Mom there to get her Driver's license renewed.

The ADOT, DMV staff were extremely courteous & helped to all of the customers who came to this specific facility on this day, who I observed while waiting for my Mom to get her Driver's license renewed.

What can I say? It's emissions and we all have to do it. They got me through pretty quickly though.

We got there, there was a li'l wait but we made it through lickity split. Tenant was very polite.

I don't know where the other places like this are. But if you are gonna go anyway. Go to this one. The personal are very professional and informative. They will also tell you where to go if your car need to get fix if it does fail inspection. They sanitizer their gloves before handling your vehicle. And Ware their mask at all time. Stay safe and healthy everyone.

The technician ran my 1995 Chevy Truck keept in Excellent condition. The tech ran my truck at such a high throttle! Twice! I asked him why? Why so hard and especially the second time! Into the ground! He was like " The computer told me to! " B. S.i believe that they felt that i had done something to my truck to get it to pass, cause the # numbers were. So good! Basterds. What gives you the rite to test it twice? If it passes through the first time! I take care of my truck.

Very fast and very respectful service. Service Tech greeted me promptlyand explained what he was going to do and estimated how long it will take. It is nice to see that great service and customer respect is not dead in this era!

Wow, that was the fastest emissions I've ever had and the customer service was friendly and awesome

This place is a little hidden gem; no one seems to know about it; so there are little to no lines and quick and prompt service; was in and out in a matter of minutes!

I wanted to fill out a compliment card at the desk but I didn’t see any, so I’m doing it here! Donald was so nice even walked my daughter and I to the bathroom because toddler bladders. It’s 104 outside and he was still super pleasant and speedy! Even with the long lines it wasn’t so bad when you greeted with so much kindness!

Wow they sure have gotten better with the convenience of the kiosk to get things done faster. In and out in about 10 minutes.

Visited in mid afternoon, pulled right in and was tested immediately. They made it fast and as efficient as could be. Well done.

These guys are fast and friendly. It is not their fault if you fail. Believe me, they would rather you pass than fail. Don't forget to check your gas caps for cracks, this is a reason for a lot of fails. I have never had a negative experience here that was not my fault. Maintain your car properly and you won't have a problem here.

Unbelievably quick and efficient. Had an appointment, got there early (15 minutes) Walked in, registered, got my picture taken, Scanned in my doc for appt, my number was called and I walked out of there all within 20 minutes for the TravelID. Kudo's to the folks working here at the AZDOT!

Exactly what you should expect. Employees are professional and courteous. May have a wait in line, but if your vehicle is in top running condition, you should have no worries.

My experience was very positive. The attendant was prompt and polite. I highly recommend arriving early to avoid long lines. The actual inspection was quick and easy. The nominal fee was very fair compared to other markets. The location is easy to find and conveniently located near the license branch.

Easy to find, easy to get through. Staff was very nice and was quickly tested. Will come back here for future emission tests!

Process is relatively smooth and easy. The website is not clear as to which cars are exempt when coming in from out of state, so call and ask.

Everything went perfect. Employees were efficient and fast. Went at 3pm and only waited 5 minutes on a Thursday.

Purchased 2 years because you can cancel the second year if needed and I don't have to come back for a while. Great!

Brought my car in for emissions testing and had an issue with my coolant overflow tank leaking and they had to stop the test, I talked with a couple of the workers there and found out why it was leaking, i dealt with that and not only did it pass the next time around but the car has been running better since. Definitely my go to from now on
