They take forever and barely even try to call your name when you are next.worst establishment ever with the worst employees.

It helps that they have a website that you can check how long the wait will be. This allowed me to go when there was no wait at all.

I was fairly impressed with the process of transferring my licence title and registration at this location. While most people complain about the motor vehicle department i was able get my emission tested and everything in one hour. From the information desk to station 2. It was a pleasant experience.

Fairly good experience. We knew what to accept. We were in and done with the test in about 20 minutes. Our vehicle did not pass so we were directed to the front for further information. Unfortunately we did have to wait in the office for an additional 15+ minutes waiting on the tech. He very politely explain our issue and how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable in assisting us. We fixed the minor problem and took the test again with no issues.

These guys were quick, awesome and friendly. I've never had to do an emissions test before. My car turned 5 years old this year so it was the very first one I had to do and I was DREADING it thinking the experience was going to be something similar to the DMV but these guys made it super easy and quick. Thank Goodness!

Went in at about 10: 00 am.
Got me in and checked out in less than 15 minutes that was including the wait time in line.

I'm originally from Southern California that is the quickest simplest way of getting a car checked approved and literally driving across the street to the MVD

Fast and friendly. I was maybe the fourth car in one of two open lanes. I waited less than 5 minutes and they opened a third lane and caked me over. No complaints here.

They need more signs and need to communicate with the customer. Instead of them telling you that you can not have anything plunged into your computer they just fail you and tell you that you need to go in the office so the supervisor can tell you that you have to unplug your device when all Tec had to do was turn around and ask you to unplug your device. So now what could have only taken me 20 minutes took me 90 minutes.

I go here about once or twice a week, most of the guys here are awesome and friendly. Usually in and out in less than 15 min.

The test was quick and easy there is an Express lane in you have a newer regular car the wait time was less than 10 minutes and the test was less than 5 minutes the staff was friendly.
