Taco Bell reviews
35Taco bell provides exactly what you expect fast quick service for a cheap price. It's not authentic so I'm not going to criticize the food quality. Leave that to the real Mexican restaurants but if I need something cheap that can fill me up then taco bell is the place to be. Try the crunch wraps, they are good.
Drive through only, LONG line that wrapped around the building. Sign on door "lobby closed". You need to remove "dine in" from your web site.
The employees are always kind but maybe spread too thin.my order is *always* missing something lately and i obviously don’t feel like driving back to fix it because fast food is supposed to be fast.
Rafeal the cashier was professional with a great attitude and kept it after a woman accussed Taco Bell for her wrong order.
Lady.you ordered the shrimp combo. They don't have to move a sign for you.bathroom wasn't up to par and needs a mirror
They forgot 3 of our crunchy tacos. Too far to go back. Update: a few hours after eating here we were all nauseous and had tummy aches for several hours. I'd hate to think what was in our bodies. Stay away!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in to get some food and the doors were open to the lobby, and they refused to serve us. The manager yelled at us saying that the would not serve us, and kicked us out. To make matters worse she looked and acted as though she was heavily under the influence. Will never come back and will never reccomend this location to anyone. And to the "manager" shame on you.
25 minute wait for 2 orders of cheese fries? Are you kidding me? Someone’s taking a nap in the back. The line is ridiculous waiting for food.
Beyond horrible experience at this Taco Bell & Long John Silver's location that is located off of Ellsworth and Baseline! Simply ordered and cheese burrito 2 tacos three-piece shrimp and a small soda which overall took 17 minutes to receive my order! The sadest part is that they were not even super busy inside during that unfortunate 17 minute delayed nonsense waiting period.
Has really improved in the last six months or so. Especially in the drive through. This location is usually great. (It used to be pretty hit or miss, so good work:)
Waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Then got home and my "steak" nachos (what they are advertising right now) is all beans and maybe 5 pieces of steak for a big box of chips. Plenty of beans to trick you though into thinking you got more meat. You would think they would nail the item they are advertising so people come back for it. Nope. Gross. At least their nacho cheese is good. 3 stars only because staff was nice, polite, and apologized for the wait/being understaffed.
This place is terrible on food and customer service.went there and all the food was not prepared correctly.either no cheese, or rice, or some componate.plus we waited for 7 minutes before being helped as the kids working were laughing and talking to friends who came in. The manager was very nice and said he would remake our order or credit us and when we went back they were out of beans! How does a Taco Bell run out of beans lol.
It wasn't a very busy time and took a while to get our food. It was just two of us, so it shouldn't have taken so long. I couldn't have been surprised at this since when we walked up to the counter, employees were standing together and talking - not playing attention that someone was at the counter. Also, the steak on the steak nachos was far less than what other locations give you.
This location tends to take a good deal longer than average to prepare your order. If you order Long John Silvers (it is both LJS and Taco Bell in a single store) be prepared to take it back up to the counter due to it not being correct.
This is simple. Watch the Diamondbacks games
If they score 5 poor more runs in a game, you get 3 free tacos with a large drink purchase. How can you beat that?
Haven't had a bad experience at this location. Workers are really friendly and one time I couldn't find my debit card and they gave me the food free. Really appreciated it:)
Good customer service, friendly, pretty fast on orders, inside there is also, has a fish fast food inside also, I think it's a Long John Silver.
The employees at the Rittenhouse location are always pleasant and enthusiastic about their jobs. The food quality is consistently fresh - no matter what time you go. It's obviously well managed.
The service was slow, very slow. Definitely not fast food. Not many people there at the time ordering so no excuse for the wait!
I went in for long johns 15 minutes before closing for the long johns restaurant and the guy in the kitchen refused to make any longjohns items.thanks for the crappy service. I’ll Make sure I go to any other Taco Bell but this one.
Customer Service employee 'John' was totally awesome with our drive-up order! The 3 Taco Supremes were very skimpy on the lettuce. Had to look REAL close just to see the lettuce.
Thank You CS John, wish I had 30 employees like you at my business!
