I'm sure this isn't your first time in a Taco Bell, so I don't need to discribe the Menu. They have a drive-thru, the service was fast fresh and the store was clean. It's on the corner so accessible from either street if it's Taco Bell your looking for

I go out of my way to get food at this location because of the staff. They are fantastically attentive and genuinely bubbly happy people. The food is always perfect and we always leave with a full tummy and happy energy.

More often than not our order is incorrect or missing items. Most recently 3, THREE quesadillas had about a tablespoon of cheese in them each and the value meal ordered was less than lukewarm. The owner and managers should be ashamed of their employees and themselves for how this location is run and what comes off that prep line.

The food was good, the only downside to it was I asked for no tomatoes, but low and behold, there was tomato on the chalupa anyways. I come here often for food, and that is a rare occurrence which is why I rated it so high.

This is the best taco Bell I have been to in along time service awesome.tacos were filled full and one of the employees even rushed to open the door for me to leave.that doesn't happen any where that I have experienced. Good job!

Incorrect order half the time and what they do give is mostly just sauce. Go to del taco or even mcdonalds instead.

Last night at about 640 i went to this tacobell ordered a loaded potato grilled and 12 tacos im the only one who ate the griller about an hour and a half later i started throwing up everywhere uncontrolably until about 4 in the morning slept in the bathroom i feel slugish today but no more throwing up so what ever i ate that got me sick is outta me just a warning to the next people who yrust a longjohn silver tacobell combo

I live close to this Taco Bell/Long John Silver's and they consistently get or orders wrong. They always make up for it best they can, but when it happens enough times you go somewhere else or you check your order will before leaving.

Totally disgusted the place was filthy the people did not change gloves between touching raw seafood and cooked food with their hands not tongs like their supposed to do they gave out our $43 order and then they all started screaming at each other the manager instead of trying to fix our experience was rude gave our money back and verry snotty said have a good night we are so angry

Parking is crowded and awkward. Wait for food is sort of long. I waited 15 mins for fast food? Quality of food is as expected.

Food is Taco Bell, it is what it is. This particular location though has one of the friendliest, helpful, professional staffs that I have ever seen in a fast food place.

They were super busy and it took him 30 minutes to get our food and they didn't even have his down we weren't even going to get our food if my mom didn't go up there but I do have to admit we did get a $20 at credit so I guess that's good just don't go in there busy

It literally costs us more money to eat here than for our family to eat at Chipotle. Chipotle or Taco Bell. Chipotle or Taco Bell.when I am specifically craving Taco Bell, I do love the cheesy gordita crunch (make it supreme).

First of all I'm writing this After my wife returned from going through drive thru approx 6: 45 Sunday evening Nov 26.
Second. We've enjoyed going to your establishment several times since we moved here in Feb due to job relocation.
Third. The correct way to get in to your drive thru is suspect since traffic tries to come in from all sides. Normally everyone takes turns. We know the correct way since the restaurant explained it to us when we asked one time. However tonight must've been part of SILLY SEASON (Christmas) since my wife came in from the correct way and assuming people would take turns, did take her turn in line when the guy from the other side in a hurry to block her, ran up on the curb and blocked himself. She wasn't try to cut. However she did 'assume' taking turns (since she was in the right,) was appropriate. You need to do something or post something about traffic patterns so that people understand what is right, or at least post something that says - please be respectful and take turns.
Fourth. When she tried to order, the line behind her started honking and the order taker could not hear her. He got upset and finally she said she would order at the window. So she pulled ahead to order at the window. Everyone kept honking. (very mature and grown up) Once she got to the window (of course everyone was still honking) she explained what happened and the person who tried to take her order but couldn't hear her.told her. "You drove away, I WON'T TAKE YOUR ORDER! " Pretty sure that your manager wouldn't like you refusing business without their permission. So, she did two things. She asked for the manager, and then asked the young lady that was standing there what traffic pattern was she supposed to use. Of course, as we knew, she told her 'that it was the way she came in and everyone else was wrong. But.that they have had problems all the time with people trying to come in from the other way. '
5. Once the "shift supervisor" came to the window, she asked what was wrong. (mind you everyone is still honking and evidently flipping the bird and yelling) she explained what happened, asked again about correct traffic pattern, and told the supervisor about the "kid" telling her he wouldn't take her order.which at that point he said. "I didn't say that! "
6. We did get our order. Everyone was still honking and making intelligent gestures. She tried to pay for the person behind her trying to be 'nice' but was told that they had ordered 30 items and Taco Bell didn't think we should pay for it.
Here's where I come in. We won't be back if we can help it which should make everyone happy. The person that 'refused' to take her order without discussing it with the supervisor. (I normally don't say this but) GET RID OF HIM! He doesn't belong in the fast food business. Maybe it was a bad night for everyone and there was duress in the restaurant or something. I / we apologize that we added to this. The next letter goes to the owner and corporate.
However, IF by some chance we ever decide to come back and my wife comes home stressed out and in tears again.you will be dealing with me at the counter asking to talk to the supervisor and demanding an apology from the supervisor and the person responsible.
For anyone out there that see's this review and was part of all of this, sincere apologies. However honking and gesturing and yelling? REALLY? Please go in and ask what the correct traffic pattern is.hopefully they will tell you what they told us.
