Texas Roadhouse, Flagstaff AZ

Texas Roadhouse has always been my "safe" place to eat. No matter what location steak is always cooked right. Until today, my steak and everyone in my party of 4 had overcooked steak. Not just way overcooked but my steak didn't really have any flavor at all. Our appetizer was missing rattle snake bites just extra pickles, not sure why. Margaritas were still great and our waitress was very nice but very disappointed in the food.

It was ok although they forgot our cinnamon butter for the dinner rolls. And I ordered the steak kabobs & here it came out all spread out in the to go carry out cart.

It was a pretty good place to eat, it was super packed, wait time was going to be 30mins+ however they had open seats at the bar so we were able to get right in. The food was good, it has a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly! Will definitely eat here again next time i pass through Flagstaff!

Great place to go and have a meal with a drink or two. Kayla at the bar is great always remembers our drinks and never let's them go empty. And she always makes sure the kitchen gets you all of your order.

We usually have great service at Texas Roadhouse but our experience wasn’t too great at this location. We had to ask around for our server and then our food took forever. We didn’t get our fries until we received our check. And we had to ask multiple times to ask for another thing of rolls. They were obviously busy, but the service was still not as great as it could have been.

Ridiculously slow service.food wasn't cooked right. Manager gave us a free meal voucher. We'll try it again in a month or so.

We had a delightful server kaleb who was awesome! The food was cooked to perfection, staff was friendly and atmosphere was pleasant

I freakin love their ribs that's the only thing I order here but you can order other stuff such as steaks burgers and stuff like that but you should try the ribs only if you want to I'm not pushing you to buy you can if you want. But yeah have a nice day everyone and go check Texas roadhouse soon not now unless your in town or something Idk Byeee!

Amazing food, as usual. Would've been nice to have our table pre-bussed though. Waitress not very in tune with that.

They were very kind and pleasent. The greeted us at the door. Sat us right away on a busy Friday night. They also helped us celebrate our wedding eve. My fiance got on the saddle and we all yelled "yee ha! " Thanks to all the servers who catered to us. Our dishes were delicious! We have no complaints of anything. Thanks for treating us well!

Great Steaks! Don't eat the rolls, because they are WAY too delicious - you will not stop with just one!

Good food and service but everything from the parking lot to the tables were sticky. Could use a good cleaning.

Always great. First time having salmon. Was wonderful.husbands ribs were fall off the bone wonderful.

I gave this place a second chance and they always mess something up. Be careful with the top shelf Long island I ordered one and it was nothing but lemonade.

Great food, good environment, great service. It's typically very crowded during regular dinner times, but they got us in a lot quicker then expected.

Tender steaks but too salty. They marinate it in something like meat tenderizer. Perfectl cooked and spiced nicely but too salty.

Super sweet people and great service! Food was great. We had Shelby for a waitress and she was awesome! Definitely recommend this place!

Good food and plenty of it. Server Taylor and Manager Rick were very attentive to service. 1st visit, I'll go back again.

Visit was Wed August 1st 2018 since they opened I have seen a decline in service. Tonight we ordered pulled pork it had so much sauce we couldn’t eat it, normally that comes on the side it took close to 20 min for new meals and salads had wrong dressing, when they buss a table they don’t sweep under table there was napkins straws and food under our table. Come on Flagstaff you can do better!

Waiter was really great but the ribs were a bit dry and the fries with cheese and bacon was not very good at all like it was under the heat lamp way to long. Texas Roadhouse was one of my favorites but thanks to the waiter we will return.
