Texas Roadhouse reviews
36Food was cold, chicken improperly fried (stuck together with raw batter), steak was chewy and scrappy, drink refills were not forthcoming.
Great food, great service, fun atmosphere. I would definately go back and recommend this place to all my friends.
Good place good food employees are nice I usually get the pulled pork with extra buns never disappointed
The ambiance was nice, the waitress was great, however the filet medallions I ordered were not the greatest cuts and I had a lot of tendons. I also order them medium and parts came out purple. The chefs there need a little lesson in meat temperatures and proper butchering.
Great food, atmosphere, and fantastic service. Our waiter, Thomas, was especially amazing and deserves a raise. Go here.
Not one complaint. Truly friendly, caring service and the food/drinks were great! Plenty of choices on the menu for any affordable experience and the butter for the bread is like a dessert. Recommended!
Service was horrible.we got greeted seated and made to wait 23 minutes as other new customers ordered and drinks were given. It sucks because we enjoy other Texas Roadhouses
First time dinning there. Very nice place and the service was excellent. Definitely going to dine there in the future again.
Great steak! Great service, only thing is if you have a peanut allergy stay away there's peanuts everywhere.
A little rough experience this time.
My steak was delivered to the wrong table.if my hubby wouldmt gave seen it they would have given to me.although it was breathed on. The manager not so great but the ok boss was awesome
. Redid my order.ended up taking it home.have had 4 great experiences 1 bad.and this one the best steaks in town.
Top-notch location! We eat at TR's across the country & on this day needed something really good after a long day at Grand Canyon. This is amongst the BEST of Texas Roadhouse locations. Fast service, great food & the staff were all friendly & efficient. We love a place where everyone is so upbeat & efficient.
We were under an AC vent. Several customers were freezing, as well as us, so we asked our waitresses to have it turned down. 10 minutes later, the manager came to check on us, and we asked her to turn it down. Another 10 minutes (still no food) we asked another waitress to see about turning it down. Never happened. 40 minutes before the food came, and it was also cold. The butter would not even melt on my baked potato.
Dinner was great.ordered the 10 Oz prime rib, it was cooked to perfection. Salad fresh and loaded with extras! And their yeast rolls are devine!
Great atmosphere and our waiter was excellent and very helpful! They were quite busy so the food was pretty slow in coming out but it was delicious and they took great care of us during our wait. Definitely will make the trip again!
I have been there 3 times since they have opened. This was the first time the food wasn't cooked incorrectly or was plain wrong. This is the first time that I thought it is good enough to go back. I will say they still insist on running the air conditioner way too much, even after complaining to several managers. Last night it was pleasant outside, then to come into a really cold restaurant.
