The Commons at Sawmill Apartments, Flagstaff AZ

The maintenance staff, especially Russ, are all very thorough, friendly, and get things done in a timely manner! That's hard to come by these days at apartment complexes!)

This has been the worst complex that I have ever stayed in. They charge through the roof for a run down apartment. The management team will never be kind to you and will only make excuses for why any problems in the apartment are not their fault.

Don't rent here and try to not go home every day like I have.

I've lived here for 3 years, and I'm going to live here for another because I absolutely love it. It's right next to campus, so I don't have to buy a parking pass or spend any money on gas. It's affordable, and the management is amazing! Everyone in the office is super helpful, and all the maintenance guys are amazingly fast with any repairs I need. These people deserve a pay raise because they make this place an absolute joy to live in.

Leah and Jessica are always nice and helpful. The new management is doing all kinds of cool events and giveaways.

The management at this place is run by the shadiest people who do not care about the wellbeing of their resident whatsoever DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE

Lived here for about 3 years and have loved getting to know the awesome staff. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and down to earth. My dog loves going into the office because she knows the staff spoils her with treats!
