Beware of the huge roach problem in the apartments. That, along with the fees they will tack on for "unpaid rent" that was always on time is another issue to look out for. Even a clean home with almost no furniture was riddled with roaches in the kitchen. Will be taking this information to all places to make people aware of the problems with this community and management.
Awesome move in experience. Application process was easy. The pricing is pretty good for the location in Scottsdale. Common areas and pools are really nice and well kept. Overall really happy with the apartment and complex.
