The UPS Store, Phoenix AZ

Slowest UPS store I have ever visited.employees are horribly slow with service. Next time I’ll drive an extra 10-15 min to go to another UPS store. Waited 20 min just to drop off a return amazon package. Only 1 person was in front of me when I arrived!

Absolutely non acceptable when store hours clearly posted to be closed at 6: 00pm. Store refused fingerprint services stating 5: 30 is a cut off time! No where it is stated that fact! Horrible customer service! Shame on you!

I've been in the neighborhood for 2+ years, not a single time have I been able to conduct business as a unmovable line before me is stalled out. Last time was 20 mins.which isn't bad at all, except for that was 20 mins and didn't move, with 6+ other parties infront of me to be serviced.ontop of the people at the counter. So.an hour and a half just to mail a package? That's already packaged ready to go? If that busy hire more people. If this was a Starbucks or a grocery store this wouldn't be tolerated.
I did find it hilarious listening to the 60 year man asking to buy a single stamp and the reply was "$1". And his head spun. I'm guessing this is a franchise where everything is marked up to make money ontop of the UPS rate.so you pay twice. Both the franchise and corporate UPS. Does strike the difference when going straight to a real UPS warehouse to ship from.

I called this location to confirm fingerprinting services the day of and the person who answered the phone stated they offer this service and to arrive no later than 5: 45. I arrived at 5: 40 and Stephanie, who stated she is the manager of the store, said they do not process fingerprinting after 5: 30 and refused to provide me with this service. This is unacceptable customer service. She argued with me that no one provided this information and that this is a new service.which is not relevant. I stated I drove 45 minutes and she still refused to provide this service.

The worst customer service I have ever received! If you call the store, they will put you on hold and never answer the phone again!

I'm so happy to be a customer of this location! This is my second time in and I've have been given the best customer service that I've had in a long time! Lysa helped me figure out stuff that I couldn't get, she made the process easy and had an extreme amount of patience with me! Kudos to store 4910 for the excellent employees they have!

I have used the services of this store on numerous occasions and have always received prompt, courteous, and professional service at a reasonable price.

Everytime I come in here the workers are very rude and show no care. Besides that fact, I recently came in here because I needed to print a couple papers. Not only did the workers not care to help me in the process, it is overly expensive. Whatever you do, do not come here to print anything. You are just better off buying a cheap printer or going to a public library. Better off doing it anywhere besides here.

Called to find out If they do notary and got told they did told them I was gonna come in Tommorow, tomorrow came. I took a cab to them and they tell me the lady who does it isn't here today. The only girl working there doesn't do notary. She tried calling the lady to see if she can come in and do it and of course the lady. So very unproffecial having people that can't do what they are being paid to do. Especially leaving her alone. Waste of time coming here.don't come to this location

Horrible. This place sucks. I waited for 20 minutes while she did a passport. Way too long to wait ti send a letter. This place sucks.

I caught the guy pulling shady techniques in order to get the highest possible shipping charge. I'll never return to this location

Amazing business the employees are awesome Pat helps me out every time and is so friendly! I appreciate all she does thanks for being a great business and helping me with all my packages

Scot says Hello & calls you by name to almost everyone as we walk in. They know their regular customers.

The complainers are.well, just complain about most everything. I am sure. I hope it is not " Too Hot in Hell" for them!

I walked in just before closing time and the guy rushed me right out! Rude! They did a crappy package job on my things awhile back as well. I'm done with this place.

Don't trust a man that sells packaging tape to do your fingerprints.nightmare! Cost me extra $20 in gas to come back for him to fix the card right. Didn't even apolgize. Has BIG RUDE MOUTH. Refused to refund

Just discovered this ups store location tucked away on the side of starbucks (with a drive-thru). Wow.open until 8pm i couldn't believe it! Was travelling and needed to print some color copies and send an overnight to Cincinatti.got it all done, very nice and knowledgeable.would recommend.ask for Janet

I needed to print out a shipping label and return merchandise, so I decided to call a few UPS stores in my area however there were only 2 stores with IMHO full service. A store at shea wanted about 3$ to print per page. I called this UPS store on bell road and it would cost like 10cents.

There is a simple office computer with free access to print. The owner was nice and very professional, I was able to get everything done in a minute. I will come back to here again.

Customer service there is unbelievable they went above and beyond to take care of ensuring that my package would be delivered on a timely basis.

Expensive to use them as an office like printing, faxing and emailing.
They charge $3 plus tax just for email them one document to print.

Don't just assume that there will be a Notary there when they are open. I went in a 9am and was told the Notary is usually in at noon. If they are going to advertise a Notary service with minimal hours compared to when they are open, the hours should be clearly stated.
