24Stole $10 from me and won't give me my money back. The teenage girl that works there is rude and does not try to help what so ever. And has no authority but yet is by herself. Watched her yell at an old lady because she messed up, and she knew she did.
Rude customer service. No greeting at the door and I was rushed by the employee to get my mail sent. She seemed like she hated her job and life. Not a pleasant experience. I hope the owner reads this. You shouldn't pay your employees who just want a paycheck and don't care about their customers.
Karen was the rudest customer service rep. I will not be back. I always have an awesome experience at ups. She was rude and rolled her eyes at me for asking a question.
This location held a food drive for Mom's Pantry where I work. They brought in over 210 pounds by offering a discount on their services if they brought in a canned good:) So Thankful for them:)
