This is the closest UPS Store to where I live so I use it often! Very good service and they always make sure that they try to greet you even if there is a line of people.
My hat is off to them because they do a great job even when dealing with the "customers" that are just either a-holes or just completely clueless

Was reading the hours for this store and needed to get a package in that day and all the others were closed this one said open until 8pm.i get there at 7.just to point at a little paper they wrote just saying closed early tonight.need to correspond online with their hours so customer’s don’t drive a half hour from home to have someone point at a sign on the door for

Rude Notary. Asked me what I needed then when I explained my documents that him he snapped “ you don’t think I know what these are and where I need to sign? ” Well why did you ask if you knew? RUDE!
Never shipped before the dude keive pretty much did all the work for me and packed my gift. Didn't know they can pack things for you
Tracy was fantastic. I went in there to ship something that needed to have the labels all over the box covered. She quickly gave me a bunch of extra blank labels to do what I needed and made my experience extremely easy. This is how it should be. Great job, Tracy!
A package was supposed to be delivered to me today. When I came home I found a slip saying I have to pick it up the next day.
A.) What's the point of delivery if I'm the one who has to pick it up?
B.) Why can't the driver leave it on the doorstep? Do they prefer carrying the items back and forth?
It's not cool to keep things that don't belong to you.
I send my staff over there to drop off stuff to see the example of the worst customer service ever and learn from it and for our team
Rude people. This place is a total rip off (i know the employees have nothing to do with it) but just to use the computer to have something "printed" coast $2 service fee something that will literally take 2 seconds coast $2. Lmfao.cant have anytjing printed from ur phone btw.
We used this UPS store out of necessity. It was a great experience. They offer mail boxes that have a real street address, and cover postal service mail on the spot.
All of the employees were helpful but unfortunately the Indian gentleman didn't understand shipping policies so I was unable to ship my gun part with them. I shipped with another store nearby though.
Horrible customer service! I went in to get my letter stamped and sent off almost 2 weeks ago to find out today that they still haven’t received it. When I called to find out answers the manager “Justeed” was very nonchalant basically telling me it will get there when it gets there. If something is time sensitive I should’ve got a tracking number. It’s doesn’t take 2 weeks to send a letter to Washington!
I was waiting to get my fingerprints and the lady that worked there was just in the back & i could here just laughing when i was there for about 20 min. So i just went to 51 and olive where they gave me the best customer service ever, wish she took her job serious that way i didnt have to go miles away from my home.

I used UPS to ship overnight with a tracking label. They lost my package. They have no update as to where my package is. I had important documents to be delivered. I will never use UPS again.

Horrible. Just left there and the guy in the store would not help me with a complicated address. Nothing. Kept helping other people and made us stand to the side. I finally had to move on out of the store so embarresed by the whole experience. Still have my package will have to go somewhere else.
