28I have always had very good experiences with this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate their long hours (8am 'til 7pm), and convenience.
Everything in the store is very expensive with a different person behind the counter every time I used to go in. There are other places that better priced.
I love the prompt service & attention to detail they provide. This is the second time I have ordered online prints from this Peoria Ave. Location. Both times they called to make sure the order was correct sizing & margins. After verifying everything was good, they ran my trifold order quickly and notified me when it was ready to pickup. Great service! A+

Waited in line for way too long, only to be told they didn't carry the projector paper I needed. (The Olive & 51st Ave location had it, but this location failed to mention that.) I even had a piece with me and they were unwilling to even try printing on it. Only one person (who was very nice) working the counter while the manager hid away in the back instead of helping her. I won't be going to this location again.
This is one of the best UPS stores I have encountered. I am from out of state and not only do they have the best staff, their hours ate extended to 7pm rather than 6 or 6: 30. Staff goes out of their way to help! THANK YOU!
Bad customer service. I called to ask the price for a notary service, I was told over the phone it was $2.00 when I get to the UPS store I was told $4.00, when I asked why $4.00 when I was just told $2.00 he said " because you need two stamps you want it or not".
