Didn’t want to give me my package because no photo I’d I had a pic of me ordering the thing, had the tracking number as well as all the info to it they still didn’t want to give me it also had my car registration what else can u want. Poor service and it’s sad because it’s really not the company it’s the people in Tucson

2021 and you guys CANNOT GIVE A WINDOWED TIME FOR DELIVERY WHEN A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED! Talk about horrible customer service and a horrible company!

I ordered a product on best buy and my package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but it got delayed, and when I called, they blamed it on best buy, but it was the UPS fault, not Best Buy, because UPS is doing the delivery, not Best Buy, and went TF would it be, am I right, Y/N? Man, how pathetic, so annoying!

Horrible. I received a neighbor’s package by mistake. I walk with a walker so I can’t carry it down there to their address. I’ve been trying for two days to get someone at UPS to pick this thing up and deliver it. I’ve called “customer service, ” who is offshore, and they’ve told me each time that someone from the local office would call me within the hour to arrange to come get it. They seem to struggle with those calls because they take 20 minutes. And NO ONE from UPS has called me back to fix this. This is ridiculous.
All you have to do is call my neighbor and ask him to walk down here and get his package since I can’t carry it to him, and call me to tell me when to expect him. Two short phone calls. I’ve had ZERO resolution to a problem that should take ten minutes to fix, and my neighbor still doesn’t have his package.

Awful. I have been waiting on a Mother’s Day gift to be delivered. Expected delivery date was 5/9. The package was “Out for Delivery” for two whole days. I was actually outside on the 10th and got a notification sent to my phone that they were unable to deliver my package less than 3 minutes prior. Now waiting until the 13th. This is place is a joke. The Customer Service line is absolutely no help either.

I called to ask additional questions about a package. The service of the call to an actual representative was terrible. The call sounded as if the person who picked up was sky diving. Then when I spoke there was an echo that made communicating impossible. The quality of the call was utterly terrible and it’s inexcusable for a company like UPS.

Returned product to Century Link. After much consternation with them I finally found solution to cancel their service, or lack thereof. At UPS I found their professionalism refreshing but a bit perturbed I had to pay to print a page (return label) that cost a dollar and change. Alright already I'm a cheapskate sue me. But overall the experience was pleasingly pleasant after dealing with CenturyLink.

Absolutely horrible service in Dietz! Foreign CRSs don't help either. Cannot deliver a package on time to save their lives!

If you are in South Tucson and need to send of a package or letter, swing on by the Tucson UPS center. Easy in and out service.

Had a Bar code which customer service could not read. Had to go over to ups store. Hell of a way to run a business.

Very nice workers there. I always have my packages put on hold there and they have them ready by when they open.

This location have no idea what the meaning of customer service, the employees are not very welcoming and not as helpful! I do not recommend it

Took package quickly and shipped it. Usually, have to wait. Normal time to drop off a package seems to be about 15 minutes

Slow service, had to go pick up a package the UPS driver was too lazy to drop off drove right past my home didn't even stop

What a terrible company. The person who I spoke to at the facility (Tawna) was absolutely vile. I don't think she understands what the phrase "customer service" means. UPS, if you want to retain people's business, hire competent people to work for your company, not brainless dimwits. I will go out of my way in the future to make sure I do not receive packages via UPS. I'll be sure to contact Amazon and let them know what a bad experience I had with UPS.

I can easily pick up packages here without having to have someone be at delivery address to sign. Customer service is usually pretty slow/understaffed here

Customer service center. The name itself is a lie.
Rate it a negative -5. Their own Headquarters cant get them to answer the phone.

I always go here sending packages. They are fast and very efficient. Plenty of parking and easy to go in and out with bery short waiting time.

Ups driver shows up at my house doesn’t even try to leave package or check to see if gate is open just leaves note on gate that he tried but know ones home. When I was walking to gate I’m yelling to get his attention and drives off. Call 800 number three clueless know I have to wait till Monday to get my package. They suck.
