24If I could rate this zero I would. The worse service ever! They lied that they deliver to my house and that I have refuse my package and I never did. Also they never left the note on my door with the tracking number, so they send my package back to the sender telling them I refuse and it was a lie.
Staff seemed inconvenienced by my picking up my package. They won't help you load heavy packages, although they will let you use the hand cart.
Frequently miss loaded trucks. Trucks arrive and package aren't on there. From reliable source truck loaders just randomly pack deliverys making it harder for drivers to find packages. I under yo receive bimonthly deliverys until they mishandled multiple packages.
UPS driver lied about being at correct location. Never got a yellow slip on door which means he was not at correct address. 2 people were home from 12 to 7pm and 2: 26 was supposedly the delivery time. Then I was expected to pay extra to have it deliver to a UPS store when it wasn't my fault. Hopefully when I got to main office (completely out of my area) "things will be better. I resent being treated like I was in the wrong. What happen to customer service? I predict no UPS in 5 yes if this is there way. I also have to say if I had gotten my package that day it would have been delivered earlier than originally stated without the extra cost. But.
