I just have to say thank you to Travis at Two Wheel Jones for helping my son get his bike. We were only able to arrive about 20 minutes before they closed on a weekend - and I know there were things Travis would rather be doing - but one could never tell by the time he took to explain things to my son so he could select his his first mountain bike! He loves it and we will be back for the other kids in time!

Drove from Tucson for the bike they had in stock. Blown away by the friendly, knowledgeable and extra-mile service. Would recommend without hesitation. So glad I made the trip! Such a good vibe. Go there!

Ray was a big help. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the bikes do not come with kickstands. This was never explained to me. I would have purchased one if I would have known. I know it's a small detail but I was bummed out when i got home! Cant wait to get out and do some riding!

Very helpful guys at this place. Fixed my bike up. Found a unique part. Fit me in when they could. All around very helpful and great service. And bonus, you can hop on your bike and hit the trails right from their parking lot to test out your new bike or repaired bike. Hawes Trails are just a few blocks down the road.

We had an outstanding rental experience although if we we're to rent in the area again, we'd ask for the option to take a soft seated mountain bike over a hard seated one which would have improved our experience and bumped-up our rating from a 9 out of 10 to a 10 out of 10. The reservation process overall was easy enough, no problems other than receiving a incomplete reservation notice after our reservation was confirmed over the phone. A follow-up e-mail received afterwards corrected to this error.

Pricing was very competitive and was a main criteria for going with Two-Wheel Jones versus other bike shops that we're closer to the location we we're staying at.

The other key reason was Alex. Her knowledge and passion for the business all things customer service related was outstanding. It was refreshing to see her passion and energy at work from start to finish.

Good sports bar next door with a great patio and good tap beer selection ;-)

With all that is going on in the world it is amazing what this shop is keeping up with and still making a customer feel important. They have earned a customer for life. A simple tune and was treated like I was buying a new bike off the floor. Great staff and more then fair prices.

Two-Wheel Jones is an incredible local bike shop! I went in multiple different times with new questions about buying a new bike, frame materials, brakes, and everything in between. Even though I wasn’t buying at each visit, they took the time to help me and answer all of my questions. When I did go in to buy my new bike, everything went incredibly smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

I had a great experience at Two wheel Jones in Mesa AZ. I had a warranty issue on my Trek fuel ex7. Ryan was the point person that I worked with to solve my problem. He went the extra distance to resolve the issue.

Awesome people, very knowledgeable and always willing to help! I have had multiple friends rent bikes here, they were all the new models and in great shape. I have and would tell anyone to come here to get their bike fixed, tuned, or to buy a new one!

I had great service when I bought my first road bicycle there 5 years ago so I went back to purchase a new upgraded bike. I interacted with several staff members during the process and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have moved from Mesa to Rio Verde since I bought my first bike there. It is no longer my ‘local’ bike shop but it is definitely worth the drive to me.

I had a great experience there. My daughter and I got some inexpensive mountain bikes so we could ride together along the canals and Park trails, but the gears weren't shifting right. We are not experienced cyclists. I tried to adjust the derailleurs per the instruction manual with no luck. They did a full tune-up for us at a reasonableness price and the technicians never made me feel like an idiot.

Arguably the greatest bike shop in town! The love for the community and the service that is put to everyone never goes unnoticed. They ride with everyone, they share their love of the industry with everyone! You feel like family! Wonderful place! You are always welcome!
