27 We are lucky to have some great bike shops in the Phoenix area, but when asked I always recommend TWJ first.
The entire staff is great, and it is apparent that they are in this for the cycling community and not just to sell stuff. Their passion is obvious. They are heavily involved in promoting cycling across the community, riding alongside us in the group rides, educating novices, etc. They are a real benefit to our local cycling scene.
The tech work is top notch, the product support informed, and the experience is always friendly and fun.
For what it's worth, I drive by at least three convenient-to-me bike shops on my way to Two Wheel Jones, and it's worth the extra drive.
Plus, you know, good beer.
This is a terrific bike shop. We rented great mountain bikes here. Have also taken a bike for repairs and it was done well at a good price. Most recently, was traveling with my bike with Di2 shifters. Forgot the charger and the battery was low. They let me charge it for free at the shop. Terrific!
Absolutely the best bike shop in the valley-most helpful, knowledgable, and friendly staff you'll ever find. They take the time to make sure you're 100% happy and satisfied with your experience. I can't recommend them higher!
I brought my bike in for a front derailer problem. They suggested a better shifter and installed it for less than I had anticipated. The work was done within a couple hours, it's hard to beat service like this.

This is an awesome shop. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all things cycling. Each person took the time to chat and help me find what I was looking for and also made sure everyone that walked through the door was taken care of.
