They either don't answer the phone or hang up. I don't understand why work somewhere and have a phone number if you're not going to help people. Very upsetting. Will be reporting to better business.
Robert was working the window and was fast efficient as well as very personable! First time I’ve ever shipped a package and he was very knowledgeable and taught me so much! Such an amazing worker and I appreciate all he did for me!
This post office just can’t seem to dumber any of my packages. When I try to call nobody answers or it rings for two seconds and then hangs up. I see you I’m not stupid I know you hung up my phone call. Poor customer service. If I could avoid USPS completely I would at this point.
Looks like mail tampering at this location. Our mailbox has been broken for roughly a month (postal master key lock is broken) no mail is being delivered so we have to pick up mail at USPS, the problem is, they don’t have it.
I visited the office to pick up mail, luckily I went through it before leaving because we were given 3 other apartments mail, including someone’s social security check. It was bundled together and the clerk just gave it to me without checking. It’s a good thing I’m an honest person because I immediately returned the mail to the clerk and informed him that I was given the wrong mail.
My mail gets scanned through the informed delivery process, I receive an email, so I know what to expect, unfortunately I haven’t seen any of it for the past couple of weeks. I’m now convinced they are not properly organizing the mail and making sure it’s being given to the proper residents. It’s their responsibility to fix the lock and to make sure our mail is safe and secure and after today.they are not checking the apartment numbers and they are handing out mail like candy.
Now I have to figure out how to keep my mail safe from the post office.

Best post office in the Mesa area. The 2 guys at the front especially Ron are great people to be around. Ron helped me with a situation which I was confused about and really took the time to help me. I always get rude people in other offices but at this location they treat customers great. I’ll be back for their customer service! Thank you!
I used to avoid this location in the past due to a certain rude employee. But since she hasn’t been there, I’ve had nothing but positive experience here. The clerks who helped me have all been pleasant and efficient. The location is also clean and orderly. Thank you for your service and for making my day a little easier when I need to ship out packages.
Lost my package. Priority mail, signature required.tracking showed at this po but no one interested in finding it. I'll Definitely avoid this P. O. In the future
Very rude staff! 4th time at this location and nothing has improved! Waited in a long line to ask for a box that was not available upfront so i could mail a package. The man helping me rolled his eyes when i asked for the box. Like I asked something out of their job description. Really disappointed with the customer service here! RUDE! CONDESCENDING! SLOW SERVICE!
I basically went to pick up a package that was not delivered. The associate told me that it was in the back in a box full of too many packages to search through. They told me it would be sent back to the seller, basically due to their lack of staffing properly and/or workers that do not want to do their job. Now I will have to deal with getting a refund. Absolutely zero help was given to me. Avoid using their services.
Awful experience. Came in to mail off a package. The employee Ron was extremely rude and condescending. He talked so loudly that everyone could hear the way he was speaking to me. Instead of being rude, he should be helpful and informative. Avoid Ron!
. I have been waiting for my redelivery since Friday and every time I run into the mail man my package is not on the truck. So I have to keep scheduling redelivery that never redeliver my package.
Not the friendliest of employees, but the service is at least functional (unfriendly and functional is better than friendly and broken).
I've been coming to this branch for many years. In my opinion, the customer service at this branch has really improved. There must be something about the job that wears you down, but I've been having good luck even with those who've been there a while. I hope that means the postal service has improved training and work conditions.
The stupid damn office said we are not providing tapes no more! “ you have to buy it and we sell it” who would believes tapes become so valuable at the post office.really! And God the way those old ppl work at the office! Idk were did they grew up? In a cave? They have no manners.unbelievably rude!
The woman (not sure of her ethnicity but looks to be Eastern Indian) is very rude and inconsiderate towards customers. She acts like it's a bother to help customers when that's her job. She's very unhelpful.
Customer Service was incredible bad. Tried to charge me for envelopes I did not need to send. Manager was not helpful and was rude. Do not visit this postal office.
The middle eastern lady and old white guy at the front need to retire they look so miserable and are no help plus super rude. Next time I need to go to this hell hole I will make sure to wait for the young man (Asian) he is helpful and nice.
The woman of middle eastern descent is extremely rude, impatient, and unhelpful. I think it would benefit this location if she was no longer employed as she is rude to EVERYONE who comes in
I ordered something online and it shows I was suppose to get that delivery TODAY. It shows it was delivered, however, I did not receive my item and believe the mail deliverer gave the key to the wrong unit. I now have paid for something that is worth over $100.00 and may have gone to the wrong mailbox that will NEVER be returned to me. HEY US POST OFFICE AND MAILMAN. YOU OWE ME 100 BUCKS!
