United States Postal Service, Mesa AZ

While at the counter trying to send off my package. I put the sticker with the address of the person I'm sending to sideways. The older ugly eastern Indian woman said to me, "Why don't YOU people ever follow directions and put it where it supposed to be? ". WOW! You people!
I asked her "Where do it says that on the envelope? "
She pointed to the area.
I told her, "I'm sorry I'm imperfect"
Then I said, "And I know most postal workers are PERFECT". WOW! She actually said, "You People"

I've always had great experiences with the staff at this location. Every other location ive been to the staff was very rude. It was a breath of fresh air when I started interacting with the staff here.

50 minute wait time to basically be told "Tough" and that I would have to take time off to pickup my package that I've already authorized to be delivered when we're not home.

The lady from India was SO rude. I went to pick up a package and she told me its not here yet. She didnt even look, so i asked her politely to look in back and 5 feet behind her wow my package. She ask no told me to sign my name and then begin to yell at me to print my name and she kept yelling over and over again. I couldnt believe it. I keeped my mouth shut in shock. Im a grown man and she treated me like a kid LOL. Off the front and work in the back untill she learns customer service.

There always seems to be long lines and no kiosk to do quick stamps or self service. Also some of the employees are nice, but there are a couple who can be pretty rude.

If I could post no stars I would. Was home all day with a sign that says "RING DOORBELL" because my car is in my garage and it looks like no one is home. No one rang doorbell and my fu**ing package got stolen!

I LOVE the employees at this post office. They are very friendly and work very hard. However, the building is very run down, usually has transients hanging out outside (they usually aren't a problem, but always ask for money). The only thing I really wish this post office had was an electronic kiosk to print stamps for packages. I thought they used to but they got rid of it because I think they said it didn't get used enough.

Some people were not meant to work in a post office, much less provide a service. Customer service skills need work.

Wow they are very helpful. I had a package that I didn't receive and my apartment kept saying it wasn't there and they went here to find it for me. No hassle at all.

Pretty average post office. Sometimes you get the friendly worker, sometimes you get the crabby-pants. This post office is closest to my house, so I risk it. They all seem to know what they are doing, so the service is adequate.

Horrible service! Tracking # said delivered June 15th 2017 in or at mailbox but yet I haven't got anything. Called they said they don't have it? Like seriously I paid money for this stuff.

Live in the neighborhood behind the post office and the drivers think they are race car drives going back in the afternoon and killed my neighbors dog because they drive 40 down a little residential street. Slow down.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE. My boyfriend shipped me a package from Alaska and they lost it, took weeks to get here, then when it got here, the same day they sent it back to Alaska so I have to wait another couple weeks. Ridiculous service too the woman barely spoke English.

Worst service ever. Order things offline they refuse to bring the packages to your door. If i wanted too go to the store to pick it up i would have. They just out that punk slip in your mail box. Defeats the purpose of ordering online if i gotta go pick it up.

Avoid if at all possible. Surinder the mail nazi has a bigger mustache than hitler and she's furious that it doesn't match her unibrow. I almost lost an arm for using the "wrong package" but she let me off mercifully with a demeaning scorning as she barked off orders.

They said they attempted a delivery but that is not true! I have security cameras, had people in the house all day and no slip was left at the door either. They are straight lying because they are lazy to deliver but must comply to amazon statistics. This is infuriating.

At this time, the overall USPS sucks! Today, I received a piece of mail with the "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" sticker on the front side of it. The thing about it is the back of the envelope AND its contents are missing. I will be visiting my usps office tomorrow morning. I bet they will tell me that there's nothing they can do. But after i see them, I'll be on my way to the police to file a report.

Can you please fire the old lady and hire someone who speaks fing ENGLISH! This isn't the Indian Postal Service. And someone please give her a razor for her mustache!
