The mailman who delivers my mail either he needs glasses or just don’t know how to tell numbers, someone else has been getting my mail. How do we fix this problem? It happens everyday! Check his eyesight please! He delivers 85201 zip code

Why Does it take so long to answer the phones? I’ve been on hold for an 1 hr and 45 mins And still haven’t gotten a hold of anyone.

One of the delivery drivers is phenomenal but on days off the other one is too lazy to deliver the packages that don't fit in the mailbox so I have to pick up at the post office.

The best clerks all work here. Everybody is patient, kind and helpful. Fast every time. In and out. Support the United States Postal Service!

120319 I was so impressed with the service I received by the friendly staff here. Thank you so much for your impressive work. I had to mail a parcel after 5 PM and I was so impressed with the convenience and the process. The boxes are there and I was able to utilize my credit card to procure the appropriate postage.

My mail is typically not delivered on a regular basis. It's very frustrating, especially if I have something important in the mail, and its lost somewhere, or the mailmen refuse go deliver. Terrible service. Management is nice.

For the longest time I had no issues. Since November - forget about it. I have filed 'Missing Mail' reports for several pieces of mail that I did not receive, and NO One will help me. One of the pieces of mail was from my Aunt, for my Birthday (in Nov. 2018). It is now Jan2019 and still no response or info - Nothing.

The staff there was quite nice and gave great customer service and quickly assist you with shipping packages.
I'd would use them again if I needed to and the facility is clean.

Package said it was delivered. We followed the package with a tracking number. 15 minutes after the mail man left we went to check the box, no package. So what did he do with the package that he scanned? I have a funny feeling that the mail man stuck the package in a wrong box. Now I am out $30.00 because I have to pay for a new item that got lost.

This post office is very convenient to get into. The parking is good and the staff inside are always friendly.

I was in and out in less than 30 seconds. The man managing the line saw my package, and took the initiative to ask if I was dropping it off. I happily gave it to him and went on my way. Overall a positive ambient there with stellar service.

There’s no phone number, other then the automated system. But, I waited on hold for 49 minutes to figure, no one was answering my call. They are so unreliable. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

My mother is disabled. Asked to deliver upfront of the door. This carrier was rude to her. Told my mom to get the mail herself because she was not going to give it to her. Asked for my mother's ID.says "that's not you" and throws it at her. What in the hell

I just had the best experience at this post office! I wish I got his name but the guy was extremely helpful and everything was moving pretty quick even though quite a few people all walked in at the same time. 10/10 would come again

They dont close at 1300hrs on Saturday and if your 1 min past 12pm.they wont serve you.staff dont care about customer service or your needs.only punching a clock and waiting for their pensions.cant stand that i have to deal with them on certain items private sector cant facilitate [yet].

This is the best post office that I go to. Besides one cranky staff member (usually it’s all of them) the rest of the staff are on point and are quick and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. If they see the lines get backed up they come from the back to take drop-offs and help out. They are far more solution-oriented than other post offices I’ve been too. And they have a kiosk so you can mail packages and letters out 24/7. This is huge for me. Even if I move far away this will be my post office.

This is the best p.office mesa has the one on university is a screw up from the get go.always treated respectfully here.one good thing about mesa.sure ain't some of the apt owners for certain.

Never received our mail sometimes the mailman doesn't even deliver on whatever day missing packages getting other people's mail other people getting my mail it's it's it's just the worst I never in my life when I was a kid you could depend on the mailman but not anymore

Every time I go to this Mesa location the line is short and they are very helpful and polite. I love this location.

Ok so I moved to Mesa I lived at a hotel b4 that when I moved I gave my phone co my new address and all my important places I received mail from my new address including friends and relatives now after Christmas my mail stopped I haven't received any mail I've had things mailed from friends I never received I got a phone call from my cousin stating Did u get the bracket I sent? No I didn't I haven't received important paperwork back from DES office that also has my new address so I ask myself who is taking my mail when I find out it will not be good I can't believe the nerve of ppl Can u imagine how violated I feel my information is in someone else's hands Now I'll pay attention to my bank account Even my bank statements are being taken beware Mesa residents especially if u live in a apartment complex
