United States Postal Service, Mesa AZ

On many occasions I've sent mail and it was delivered late. This time I spent extra money for the two day delivery. It was delivered 7 days later! Horrible! Use something else for real service.

So TALK ABOUT INSANE THIS POSTAL WORKER WAS SO RUDE! I WAS ON MY PHONE WAITING FOR HER TO PUT MAIL IN MAIL BOX FOR MY CLIENT AND WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY BOSS AND SHE YELLS AT ME AND TELLS ME DO WE HAVE TO HEAR THIS? OMG REALLY? I JUST WAS TOLD TO LEAVE MY CLIENTS HOUSE TO CONVERSATE PRIVATELY BY MY BOSS WHOM I WAS CHATTING WITTH AND NOW I CANT TALK OUTSIDE? MAIL WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE IN FRONT OF LOTS OF ELDERLY PEOPLE, WHAT KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE DO THEY HIRE HERE? THIS HAPPENED AT 130 W BROWN ROAD ON WED JAN 31ST APPROXIMATELY 11: 45 AM I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE SHE WAS TO ME AND AFTER SHE STILL MOCKED ME BECAUSE AN ELDERLY LADY GOT HER MAIL AFTER MAIL WOMAN TOOK SO LONG PUTTING THE MAIL IN AND THE ELDERLY WOMAN SAID THAT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT THEN MAIL WOMAN LOOKS AT ME SAID TO MY FACE I DONT KNOW ABOUT THAT! I AM SO UPSET FILED A COMPLAINT TOLD ID GET A CALL BACK WILL SEE? I NEVER SAID 1 WORD TO THE MAIL WOMAN I WONT CALL HER A LADY BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY MANNERS AT ALL I DIDNT SAY 1 WORD AS THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS RUDE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY BOSS.

There are 2 legged thieving RATS working at this office! Every time (for a total of $600 so far) someone sends us a gift card inside a greeting card, it arrives torn open and the gift card stolen. We have a locked mail box, so the only people who have access to our mail is ourselves and the US Postal employees. I thought that was supposed to be illegal as well as immoral. I would expect that from some 3rd world country, but this is supposed to be the United States of America!

My delivery driver is the worst. I am consistently missing items. Found out he has been "returning to sender" my mail. Post office keeps him around though. Why? !

Drivers routinely misdeliver packages, have failed to deliver mail for multiple consecutive days, and have even forged my signature (I even have an admission of this on USPS letterhead). The office also does not answer the phone in any sort of timely manner and will let it ring endlessly until you hang up. While there are some genuinely nice people who work at this office, the service is absolutely terrible.

It was quick to get in and out. There was a lack of pens available but it didn't effect my experience. I would go here again as it's very efficient.

I'm still stunned! Today (12/12/2017) I was at this Post Office on Center St.in Mesa to mail a large envelope. When informed that mailing cost was $13, I nearly fainted.the package I was sending cost only slightly more than that, and I was trying, to no avail, to negotiate a lower price. Finally I caved, said okay, and when I was ready to insert my credit card, the clerk said, "It's taken care of. Merry Christmas! "

What! Somebody placed a $20 bill on the counter while I was focused on the label. I begged her to tell me who.she said she would pass along my thank you. Unfortunately I didn't get the clerk's name.she was blond and working there between 9 and 9: 30 a.m. She was so kind and helpful.

I will definitely pay this forward. There's absolutely no feeling like being the recipient of such selfless generosity. A Merry MERRY random act of kindness so appreciated.from the heart.

This isn't for this specific place but I could not find anywhere else to leave a review. I tried to apply for a position for USPS and it was the worst system ever! It actually deterred me from applying, that is how terrible it was.

This location sucks ass through a straw. Their phone service is atrocious. Their customer service is a joke.
