University Pointe, Tempe AZ

I liked living here til I started having so many issues. My kitchen sink takes an hour to drain and it took them a month almost 2 for me to have a working toilet. Then when explaining that I will file a complaint with the state they said I harassed them. Cant wait to get out of here and NEVER come back. Also due to being pregnant asked for help with packages instead they just handed me a dolley and said I can lift 2 box from home chef on my own like no common courtesy and being texted after hours about my lease super inappropriate.

Have not had hot water for two weeks and our floor is cracking from the fake plastic that they say is tile/wood. I can also hear my neighbors having conversations all day everyday through the thin walls. Although this place is cheap and close to campus, you get the service you pay for. As a resident, having hot water shouldn't be a luxury, it should be the bare minimum.

Samantha was great to work with! Very helpful getting lease set up and available to answer all our questions. First month has been great in the apartment.

Samantha in the leasing office was AMAZING! She made our leasing and move in process so easy! She went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and to answer all of our questions within minutes.

Counting the days until my lease is up. Extremely bad bug problem there are so many cracks in the units for them to get through, never any hot water, I'm having to go to the gym just to shower every day or suffer through a cold shower, walls and ceilings are super thin I can hear the neighbors breathing. No insulation so the apartment is always freezing cold.

For how close it is to ASU, the price is unmatched. The leasing team was very responsive to my questions during the leasing process. Although there were some problems are in the first couple weeks, the apartment responded quickly to the problems and fixed them. As someone who didn’t want to live in the dorms, this was a great first apartment and I would highly recommend it for any student looking for a great price-to-quality place to live.

We had a problem with our son's move in but Kathy stepped up and took care of it! Staff were very responsive and friendly given the chaos at the beginning of the college school year. Thanks!

Do not recommend for students. Looks pretty, but its a scam. Horrible maintenace, poor communication, and cockroaches.

Very beautiful spaces with gorgeous pools and convenient parking especially for any student attending ASU Tempe

Living at UPointe has been amazing. Verenice made sure our leasing paperwork and other formalities have been taken care of and moving in was a breeze. Lauren is helpful as always in the leasing office. Would recommend these apartments. 10/10!

I needed to move in in a really short notice (like two days). I deal with Verenice and she was great, really helpful. She gave me many advices. The staff is really nice. It is really cool to live here. Strongly recommended!

I have lived at University Pointe/Epic since July 2015. During this time I have been highly satisfied with Management and Consultants. I would like to say in particular, Consultant Verenice Lozornio, is extremely helpful and always follows through on all calls and matters I discuss with her! She is friendly, courteous, capable and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Verenice for all of your UP needs!

I would also like to give my high regards to Kathy as she is a superior and an exemplary manager. She is wonderful, commendable and is on top of all things UP! She has a tremendous task overseeing all departments which she does outstandingly well every day with a smile for her residents!

Last but not least, it makes a difference when you come home each day and the grounds are so superbly manicured by the landscape/irrigation/porter team! The hard work they do is amazing! The maintenance team also puts great effort on keeping everything maintained and running smoothly for the residents with as many service orders they must have every day!

Great place to live. Its placement is so convenient. Very positive environment to live in. If youre thinking about this place head into the office and talk to Lauren, she'll hook you up.

I have had a wonderful experience at the University Pointe. Lauren O'shea has made this process so easy and stress free. From the time i signed my lease, to the weekly package pick ups. She continually makes living at the Complex that much more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are very clean and spacious for the price you are paying. I have really enjoyed staying a the University Pointe and will continue to do so throughout my college experience.

Nice property with well managed amenities. Management is friendly and quick, in particular, Verenice has been really helpful for the quick assistance. Little over-priced. Overall, recommended property for the students and even for the working professionals.

I recently went to tour a couple of propriety and I was lucky enough to have Verenice as my host. She was very knowledgeable and extremely professional I can say with confidence that University Pointe is fortunate to have her.

The place is good to live. Just walking distance from the University. The leasing process is simple and the Verenice (Leasing agent) was very helpful in getting the apartment.

University Pointe, may not look like much from the outside, but it is a decent place to live right on campus for a good price. The office staff are the SWEETEST and most helpful ladies. They have a lot of events for residents and specials for holidays and parties like movie nights by the pool, donuts in the morning, nini golf, etc. If you're young and not looking to live in the most high end apartments, then these are a cute little apartments for you! Vernice is a gem and is my roomates and I's leasing agent. Would 10/10 reccomen University Pointe!
