Great apartments, and an amazing and caring staff. No matter what I needed Lauren was there to help me. This is the easiest 5 star rating I've ever given. Awesome place to live.

A great place to stay! Verenice made the process fast and easy and staff were very friendly and always answered my questions if I had any. I've stayed here for almost two years and haven's had anything to complain about. The apartments have low prices and are right next to campus, so it's perfect for any student!

Staff is nice specially our leasing agent Veren***. She has been helping us with all sort of facility/repair related needs we had. Didn't had issues/trouble with the apartment.

It's a good place to be in. Close to many food stalls, grocery stores. It's just half a mile away from campus. It's also well managed. Thanks to verenice, the moving in process is very smooth. She is always there for your help and approachable.

As someone who’s experienced so many awful places with terrible service, these apartments really impressed me. Well priced, convenient, clean. The service was great, and none of my problems went unresolved. Lauren was the first to greet me coming in, and was there to help me the whole way. Highly recommend.

I have been a resident at University Pointe for around 9 months and am thoroughly satisfied with the management and services provided. Verenia was extremely helpful in helping us set up and sign our lease, and made our initial experience much easier. The complex offers a wide variety of amenities and activities in addition to its clean, renovated living quarters. I would definitely recommend UP to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, affordable, and fun place to live!
