Vaseo Apartments, Phoenix AZ

I absolutely LOVE living here! I moved states in a matter of two weeks and if it weren’t for Breckyn, my moving experience wouldn’t have been the same. She was extremely helpful, responsive and provided me with all the answers I needed. She would get back with me right away if I called or emailed her & still does it now! The community here is so friendly & quiet for the amount of units there are in here. It felt like home the second I moved in & that feeling grows everyday. Thank you Breckyn for all you did/do - this is a must for anyone looking for a complex!

This place does not treat there residents equally and harassed my family and guest through the whole lease. For any reason would send me eviction letters and then I finally was going to take legal actions and they backed off. Not a good place to live staff are very rude

I absolutely love living here! Not only is the landscape beautiful and relaxing but there are great amenities. They have 4 pools with hot tubs, a theater, a gym, garages and a business center. They offer an affordable housing program that goes off your income. Best deal in town plus it's in the Moon Valley neighborhood and is close to everything. I don't plan on moving anytime soon!

I would give a higher rating how ever I have been dealing with the same problem since I moved in and the office hasn’t done anything to even deal with the problem i have been living here for almost 5 months now.if it’s not a maintenance problem good luck with it even being resolved.it’s been months of dealing with the office. I have spoken to several people in the office multiple times.while the property itself is nice the apartments are great the office is very disappointing, and it seems like they really just don’t want to deal with the problems their residents bring to their attention and that’s if you can even reach them you can call and call and call and no one will answer if you leave a voice message they rarely if ever call you back at all. The ladies in the office are very unprofessional and do not care about the residents at all I’m very disappointed in their customer service as well as the way they treat people

I worked with Alexis, and she was kind, sweet and considerate of my needs, not to mention responsive. I recommend emailing your leasing agent to get faster response times. She was able to answer all of my questions timely and helped this whole process be less stressful for me. I’m grateful for her patience with helping me fit my needs with the layout I wanted. Easy 5 stars!

Just had a phenomenal office staff experience. So overtime of not checking my mailbox, I believe it just got overstuffed and the lock turned but you couldn't open it because it was so full. My boyfriend mentioned something about it a few weeks ago and I shrugged it off thinking he was just not doing it right. Today I go to check the mail and it won't open.

I go into the office building, which is being remodeled currently. Breckyn, greets me, I tell my story, and she immediately knows what I'm talking about and she says she wants to make sure it's not a broken lock, so we try the spare, which doesn't work. She then puts in a work order for me and reassures all of my concerns with the work order. I go home and have lunch, then get a text from my boyfriend saying they have our mail in the office.

This is within 40 minutes (mind you), I run down to the office again and Breckyn immediately greets me again, and she tells me that she was able to catch the mail man, and have him open the door to fix the overstuffed mailbox! By the way, this woman's desk is in the far back not facing any windows of the front side, with a partition in the middle, with renovations going on. Meaning she had to be specifically watching out for the mail man for me! On top of that she saved precious time out of maintenance's day to make sure she was doing all that she could.

I don't leave reviews like ever.but I gotta say, Vaseo has some amazing customer service!

This place is such a dump! The cheap appliances break all the time and they leave them just sitting out in front of the garages. The view from my patio is 6 to 12 broken appliances just sitting out regularly, every day, every week. It’s just a trashy complex. I’ve called before expressing that I don’t want them there and that it is our home, and the kids play there but I’ve never got a call back. I hate living here and can’t wait for our lease to end.

I love these apartments, the rooms are very spacious and they have new granite updates! I have also really enjoyed all the community events, it has been awesome getting to know the staff and my neighbors. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family!

My daughter has lived there over 3 years. Such a nice place. The staff is great & the central location is convenient. Love all the amenities: pet friendly, several pools, convenience store/deli, events, etc. I love visiting her.

I AM HANDICAPPED WITH A HANDICAP PLATE ON MY CAR. MY PARKING SPACE IS FAR FROM MY UNIT AND IN 4 MONTHS THE COMPLEX HAS DONE LITTLE TO NOTHING TO FIX THIS. MAINTENANCE IS SLOW. THERE IS NOW AN INFESTATION OF GNATS IN SOME APARTMENTS, BUT PEST CONTROL ONLY COMES 2 DAYS A WEEK. THIS IS ONLY A PARTIAL REVIEW.

Love it here! The amenities are great, and they are super pet friendly. The dogs always have fun at the dog park and there is plenty of space to walk them in the community. The events are always fun, I love the free pizza. Convenient location and the on-site store is so helpful.

On 8-20-18 my a/c started to leak so it was after hrs barely about 6: 40 pm&i called the maintenance #&BODEY was@ my apt in less than 15min&the jb took no more than an half hr to fix-thank you BODEY i really appreciate you&glad i didnt come home to a flood.

Sorry not a favorite. Looked because they have Studio/Laminate floors. Price was $620. Per month. 35 and Bell get 1 bedroom w/ washer dryer in Apt almost 1000 sq feet. $660. Per month ans better maintained grounds.

I just moved out after living there for 2 years. I loved it. Everything was always great. No issues or problems at all. Only moved out because i was going to move in with someone as roomates and that feeled thru. And my apartment had already been rentes out at that time there wasn't any apartments available. So as soon as my lease is up where i am at, i will be moving back.

I use to live at Vaseo and loved it. The 3 pools and the Cafe were a good touch. Everyone who worked there were really nice. I never had any issues with them. I love how close it is to a lot of places. The 101, The 17, and The 51 Freeways. Gyms, Shopping Centers, and Restaurants! North Mountain for hiking. I only moved because I bought a house with my Husband. If I had to go back to apartment living again, I'd def.choose Vaseo!

I love these apartments! My son lived there at the time! The palm trees are beautiful. There is a small convenient store in the complex and 5 swimming pools.

Stop parking in the electric car spots. I love this place for the Pokestops, cafe, and the charging stations. However people keep parking in these spots so I can’t charge my car. I had to drive five miles and pay twice as much.

These apartments have a great staff. The Leasing Agents are always happy to support you. The maintenance staff handle major repairs, replace or resolve issues promptly.

The ladies in the back office are super helpful and very knowledgeable! Love living here, it's like being on vacation 365 days a year! #Vaseo #vacation #home #Arizona

Lived at vaseo for 3 years. I rented the loft unit. Everything was on point no complains. Great location if your in n phoenix. Market in the complex is on point. Everyone minds their own business.chill spot.
