Vaseo Apartments, Phoenix AZ

The grounds are fairly dirty, lots of trash in the stairways and sidewalks. The apartments are nice and good sized but not quiet at all. You hear every move your neighbors make.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. Both front & back office staff are very polite, friendly & courteous. I have had two major health issues & found everyone very helpful & concerned. Complaints & maintenance issues are responded to within 24-48 hours. I live in the front of the complex & have had no security issues. The complex is very large but the sense of community is very strong. A very nice place to live!

My mom and I have been living in this complex for many years, at three different times. We first moved here in December 2001, then moved back in from 2007-2010, then moved back in 2014, and have been loyal to vaseo ever since (despite moving to different apartments)! The resident services staff are amazing, especially Patricia!

I love the girls in the office. They are great! Breckyn & Patricia are the best. I would suggest the tenants take the time to appreciate them for the hard work and the kind and fair treatment that they have given me.

I must say that living here has been great. This is about to be lease number 3 and transfer number 2 for me and my boyfriend. It's pretty hard to leave Vaseo with all the amenities that they have to offer especially for the price in this area.:) But honestly, what makes being here easy are the girls in the back office. Breckyn and Melissa are my favorites! They do not see me or my boyfriend often unless we have an issue and they have always given us 120%! From when we first moved in, we were Breckyn's first lease. She was amazing and honest. Honesty goes a lonnnngggg way with me. She has always been super helpful and genuine. No matter what is going on, she goes above and beyond and does it with a smile on her face. Melissa is one of the coolest people. She is also honest and helpful. I can't say enough about her because honestly she has worked miracles for me and boyfriend. If it wasn't for her caring nature, we wouldn't have a new lease to sign coming up. She is very personable and a true sweetheart! If Breckyn or Melissa didn't work here, I can't say that I wouldn't leave. They make it easy. I know things get taken care of when I ask either one of them for help. Truly amazing women! Thank you guys so much! You two are the absolute best! Xoxo

I've lived here for about 9 months now and honestly, I can't complain about too much. Price is a little high for the size of my one bedroom but the amenities are great and the landscaping is beautiful. My only complaint would be that the walls are paper thin. You can hear almost everything going on outside. Not that it's super noisy but just reminds us to keep our activities to a low roar inside. This is one of the best properties I've ever lived on and being that I've lived in more places than the average human my age, I'd say that gives me some credibility. They also work with you if your credit isn't too great so that's also a plus.

I was looking for specifics with an apartment and decided while driving by, to check and see what this place had to offer. I was greeted by Lauren who was absolutely AMAZING and very helpful. I told her exactly what I needed and she assured they had it. Well.she was right and we definitely found the perfect fit plus the process of everything was so fast. She was even able to bump the date up for our move in which was perfect. I have a 2bdrm 2bath with perfect amount of lighting. I love how every room has ceiling fans and lights. That's not often found out here. And there's a store in the community. How awesome and convenient. We are just all around satisfied

I do enjoy my unit at Vaseo. It is spacious and maintenance is very timely on requests considering how many units they have to service. The main let down is definitely the grounds. They are not maintained well, and the pools and water "features" are awful. There are lots of little ponds that have basically turned into swamps now cause they aren't properly maintained. There's no locks on the pool gates, so anyone is able to walk right in, which strikes me as odd. I've never lived in a complex that didn't keep their pools under lock and key. Considering that an interesting dynamic of people inhabit this apartment complex in general, I'd feel safer if I knew everyone using the pools actually was a resident. They are grossly overpopulated on weekends by kids that aren't accompanied by adults and people throwing parties like it is their home pool. I hope they are able to clean the pools better as we get into prime pool season otherwise I'll be out as soon as my lease is up in August.

I have lived here for 8 years and have been very pleased.the last four years have been wonderful the staff is great and they have taken care of my every need they have gone above and beyond. I am happy to call this my home.

So I have been living here for 2 and a half years. And I have had an overall great experience. Since day one Breckyn Grombol has went out of her way to go above and beyond she has made the experience, living here, one that is appreciated.

The staff in the office gave us a 10 day notice to fix some things in violation of our lease, they were delivered to us 3/22, and so we believed to have had 10 days to resolve this from when it was received. Today we go in to finalize this and they tell us that we're going to be evicted because we didn't speak with them within ten days from the date of the letter. There wasn't any delivery date or anything filled out at the bottom. This place is full of crooks and just want your money. They also claim that their manager allegedly had to put out a fire on our back patio which is a complete lie. They'll be hearing from our lawyers. Stay as far away from Vaseo as possible.

I absolutely love Vaseo Apartment. From the start about 2 1/2 years ago I have had the best experience living here at Vaseo. The leasing staff are very friendly and informative, residence services staff are always so very nice and maintenance is always very fast. The grounds are kept very cleaned. Each month the complex has a gathering to meet your niebhors which is catered and beverages are provide as well.
