Had a great experience here. Kevin was extremely helpful and stayed after closing to help set up our new iPhone. He was very patient and walked us through each step, I appreciated his help and positive attitude.

We showed up at 2: 50pm on a Saturday and they had a sign in the window, ‘Closed’ with a clock saying they’d be back at 2: 45. Who closes on a Saturday afternoon? We’re going to buy new phones but will have to go to another Verizon store.

By far one of our favorite Verizon stores to go to. They are always nice, helpful and willing to help. Every time we have been in to get a new phone or having a phone problem we have always had help and have been able to get into new phones with no issues. We won’t be going to any other one!

I bought a screen protector 28 days ago and the side of it has already chipped. I called the store and spoke to Gabriel, he said he’d be glad to look at it and change out the screen protector. I appreciate them standing by their product and fixing my my screen protector! I would recommend using Go Wireless for any of your cellular phone needs!

Great support! Went to this store after waiting over 30 minutes at the signal butte store. Reps were friendly and efficient. All reps were busy helping customers and none just standing around. Well managed staff. A model for the signal butte location to follow.

Horrible experience at this location transferring from sprint to verizon and I regret it already. Choose a different location to help you, this one needs training on customer service.

We visited the Verizon store at 5221 South Power Road Mesa AZ.today. We worked with Derrick M.to buy a new phone and a wireless hot spot. His customer service was outstanding. He assisted us in transferring all of our contacts and photos. There was no waiting at the store and everything worked great when we left! Props to Derrick! This is the store I would go to again if I needed anything else from Verizon! I would also recommend others to only used authorized Verizon dealers.definitely better service!

Bailee was amazing - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I was able to get everything I needed done and she was impressively willing to help and so understanding. Thank you. It was well worth driving the extra miles to get to a verizon store that got really good reviews.

I went in there for a goUnlimited plan under a business account and plan to have 4 lines. I got help with a girl forgot her name customer service is good friendly. But my problem was she didn’t do what I asked for, I asked for GoUnlimited plan and if the plan has 1 line it gonna be around $90 w/ tax max + activation fee. But this girl got me into a small business plan with unlimited text, talk and 40GB Data. The price is $300/month + all other fees. I hope the manager read this, if you guys keep doing business like this I hope you last! Do what you say and say what you do please. To customer reading this review, make sure you know what you want before come here or else they going to enroll you in the plan that they want/like you to be in!

Frustrated with my phone and was about to toss it out the window till I sat down with Emeka. Wow! Patient, understanding detailed. I did things on my phone I never knew I could do. This is my store and MY rep!

Was apprehensive to go and get a new device because it always takes forever to do. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we felt like we got incredible service. We were a easy sell as my boyfriend already knew what he wanted but Sean was helpful in protection plans, other products and avoiding comtracts. I am not a Verizon user but this was a good experience with customer service.

It's too bad this location wants to charge you for help with a phone you purchased there. I've been a long time customer of Verizon IN general. Ill take my business down the road to another Verizon dealer. Bad customer relations although the gentleman was nice.
