36Terrible customer service I actually left this place crying and didn’t even get to have my eye exam. The location I transferred my information from somehow didn’t go through and the lady checking me in didn’t even offer to call the other location she just made me leave and told me to reschedule my appointment. Here’s an example- I was calling to find out information about my insurance because it had changed and she had told me upon walking in that there was more paperwork for me to fill out so while I was waiting for the person I was on the phone with to respond, I asked if I could fill anything else out in the meantime and with a lot of attitude she said “No I need your insurance first. ” If she would’ve at least tried to help and changed her tone of voice and not make a huge scene to where everyone in the shop was staring at me because I was trying to stick up for myself then maybe I wouldn’t be writing this review. I‘ve worked in many positions in customer service and I did everything she told me to do without hesitation or question knowing that policies are stricter because of COVID, but never once have I left crying because of someone making me feel incompetent. This process obviously took a while so she ended up telling me I needed to leave and reschedule an appointment. I have some part to blame I will admit I should’ve arrived earlier but it wasn’t my fault the information didn’t transfer and she didn’t have to be so rude to the point that I left crying. It’s important to remember that you have no idea what people are going through and I was already having a bad day. Needless to say, I will not be rescheduling at this location.
I had a good experience at this location, everyone was very helpful and very clean. Cleaning all glasses after trying on. The doctor I had was very explanatory, and detailed in answering my questions and concerns. My reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the pricing on glasses. But all in all I had a good experience and would recommend this location!
My first visit with Dr went well however when I went today to pick up my glasses it was a different story. First I get told by woman doing temperature checks, I should have made an appointment to pick up glasses (even though when I ordered I was told I would only need appointment if I need glasses fitted and email confirmation also did not say anything about appointment) Luckily I was allowed to pick up my glasses and talk to one of the techs about an over charge on my frames (frame tag said $139 but I was charged $159 for each frame) Something I thought would be an easy fix (grab glasses off display and look at tag) turned into “sometimes they just change the prices without telling us “ and then the temp check comes over and said there was nothing she could do “price in computer is correct price” Definitely will not be back And will be going elsewhere for the rest of my families appointments.
If you do go here, double check frame price to receipt before you leave the store and know that the signs for the buy one get one free are only for those without insurance.
We purchased a pair of Ray-Ban glasses that were marked at $180 when we went to check out we were told that during the Covid closures the price had changed. The price was now $50 more. I asked if they were going to honor the price and they said they couldn’t. I don’t believe it’s my job as the consumer to pay for the retailers mistake.
Decent staff but horrible way of business, no education as far as further steps or what you are really paying for. I'm still on a month and half adventure to get a single prescription and frames upgrade from these guys. Turns out you need an appointment for an appointment for an appointment to get an appointment.
I went to visonworks and Tamara McGee greeted me extremely nicely and helped me the whole way through, hooking me up with some awesome glasses, with an amazing price!

Above and beyond: I hate going to the doctor. Let alone to the get eyeglasses at a mall. Well, I completely blown away with the overall experience. From the greeting to the “will see you next time. ” Tamara McGee, I believe is the employees name. She handled my entire experience with ease and professionalism. She was quick, personalable and knowledgeable. And helped pick me out some frames perfect for my face. I definitely know where to go now. Thank you again. Go Broncos!

This is an amazing place. Everyone here was amazing. Unpon entering Mimi was friendly and warm, the exam tech Sonya was funny and warm. The dr Bhojwani was quiet mannered but extremely respectful as well as explained everything so I could fully understand. Highly recommend.
Worst experience ever! Several hours and a few snotty staff members later, I left the store with two pairs of used frames at regular price with no lens. The sales associate (male, I forget his name) was very nice but also very new and the manager and other staff kept taking off instead of standing there and helping him. When a manager and other associates are so rude to a customer and so un-supportive of their staff, It sure says a lot about the store.
Megan is so professional and kind. We've been going to see her at this location for awhile now, because of the great service we've always received. My little girl loves the PAW Patrol glasses Megan picked out for her and I got two pairs of glasses that are adorable and in my price range.
We will definitely continue using this location. And since it's an hour's drive away from my home, that must mean they are amazing. And trust me, they are.
