Would be 6 starts from back office people and doctor getting me in and insurance looked up but when finding glasses.

Sierra is one of the best helpers this is the best place for eye exams and glasses staff is super friend at visionworks superstition these are the best people out here

Had broke my glasses at work today. Came and saw Tori and she totally was able to hook me up with the lens and right frames that I needed. Saved me from having waiting 7-10 days for a set of glasses to be ordered from another location. Helpful and was honest to tell me what frames to get to meet my actual needs. The staff was more about customer service than just trying to make a high dollar sale.

I've been seeing Megan Moody for years, she is amazing. She has always made my experience so easy. Can't say enough good things about her and this office.

Lots of choice and great price. Was able to get my regular glasses, a pair to keep at my shop and one's made just for using at my computer without costing an arm and leg. Megan knew exactly how to help me get the best glasses for what I needed and how I wanted them to look.

Went in to get my glasses cleaned and help on where to take my mom to get an eye exam once we return from vacation. Angelique was knowledgeable about Vegas and was able to instruct me on where to go once we return home. Thank you for all the patience you had with my mom while she was recovering from recent surgery.

Most of the negative reviews for this store are from a long time ago, and their service is exceptional now! The technician was very kind and helpful, and the retail staff was very helpful in helping me find the best frames.

I've bought multiple pairs of prescription glasses over the years for our family at this location and would highly recommend them. They're professional, courteous and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. The Doctor's and their staff have always been on point, treat our children with respect and take the time to explain changes in our prescriptions each year. I would highly recommend them!

Very quick and friendly service! Between arriving to write down my info, getting my eye exam, choosing the frames, and everything else I was in and out as little as an hour. Smooth experience, would highly recommend. Tori, Michaela, and the rest of the crew were exceptionally friendly and professional, look out for them

Awesome service! Greeted within moments of walking into the store! I worked with Megan who did an excellent job of adjusting my glasses and replaced my nose pads at no charge! Will continue to do business with them in the future!

Have been to this location several times, Angelique was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Bhojwani was very pleasant and informative. I
ordered glasses after my exam and was treated exceptionally. What a large selection of frames! Glasses even came in early. Definitely would recommend then to family and friends. See ya all next year!

Went in for replacement glasses since I tend to lose 'em often (typical of me) and was helped by Tori who was super helpful in assisting me. She talked me through other frames that would look better on me and was overall very accomodating.

I recently went to this location and Megan was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions. When I was there a year ago I had a different experience but now that it's under new management (Megan) it's definitely worth giving it another chance. I will be recommending and referring everyone I know. Thank you again Megan for everything.

Dr. Bhojwani was great and so was the staff. I was in and out in about an hour. That included two pair of glasses. The prices were reasonable after the insurance. What I paid for two, was what I normally pay for 1 pair at a private doctor office.

Service sucks! They were so rude the 2 ladies that check you in were the worst! Only the other 2 of the workers I made contact with made the ride smoother. Never coming to this location

I had a great experience at this store. The ophthalmologist was very friendly and helpful. Tamara the sales associate was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and showed excellent customer service. Very busy place and those associates still handled the customers with great attitude and commitment. Thanks!
