The eye doctors are amazing. My wife and kids go to them. I'm very pleased with their knowledge and how patient they are with my children. The staff are hot and cold though. Some seem very pleasant where others seem like they don't need to be in the customer service profession. My son broke his glasses and the individual who we spoke to, told us there was nothing that could be done and didn't make much or any effort to speak with the insurance company about options. We spoke with the insurance company and they apologized to us and authorized another pair for him anywhere we wanted to go. Not even a year later, my daughter got glasses and I called 3 weeks after her appointment to see if they got them in, and was told that they left a message on my phone a week earlier, telling me they were in. The funny thing is that they didn't call and leave a message, because I had checked my messages two days prior to me calling to see if they had left a message. No message. Not great customer service. Same person both times.

Wagner Eyecare Associates is excellent. They are kind and professional and great at what they do. I have been going to them for eye exams, contacts, and glasses for years and I have never been disappointed.

Dr. Wagner and the entire clinic staff are very professional and welcoming. I’m always seen on time, and the procedures are administered in a very efficient manner.

Dr. Wagner takes plenty of time to explain everything in the detailed images of my eyes. He is quite thorough and easy to understand.

Dr. Wagner is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. His expertise shines through and he is always willing to take time to answer questions. He's friendly and has an "easy" way about him. He has a gift for communicating important information about vision in a way that allows a patient to feel valued and respected. I highly recommend Dr. Wagner and Wagner Eye Care.

I would give it 5 stars because the Doctor is great and other associates are kind and welcoming. However, I didnt have the same experience with the Tech that I saw before the Doctor. Unfortunately, she was not as courteous.

I have gone to this doctor's office for many years and both doctors are great. Saw Dr. Reid this time and always enjoy my visit with him. The front office staff is very friendly and wait time is minimal. Always feel like you have a very thorough exam.

My husband and I went yesterday and absolutely LOVED Dr Reid! Such a wonderful personality that we will definitely keep coming back! However, last year the person that helped with the contacts, checking out and choosing glasses was so wonderful. This year we were met by a Shelly. Zero personality. Seemed very annoyed when I couldn’t make up my mind on a pair of glasses or sunglasses that I would be paying about $500 for. When she said that she will order single vision lenses like last year, I corrected her that they were progressives. She said ok but I didn’t have it in me to verify if I would be getting progressives as I was afraid it would upset her. Who knows I probably won’t get what I wanted. Makes me very nervous. I will probably have to call in today to double check as I will be very upset to get there in a couple of weeks to not the right thing and have to wait another couple of weeks to get my glasses. I have worked in customer service for 33 years and this is not the person that I would want representing my office. From the front office gal to the two that helped in the middle, fantastic. Dr Reid, fantastic. Please double think the 3rd basemen. Thanks for letting me review.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Wagner and his associates for about 8 years. Dr. Wagner has always taken great care with us to get our prescriptions just right, and that takes time. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. His staff has always been very courteous and helpful as well. We use an HSA and pay out of pocket, and his prices are very reasonable.

I highly recommend Wagner Eye Care! The staff is great (Nancy is particularly friendly and helpful) and Dr. Wagner can't be beat! He always spends a lot of time with me, doing a thorough job of checking everything related to my eyes and not stopping until he feels sure he has my prescription just right and has explained all the information related to how healthy my eyes are in relationship to past exams. He is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. If you're looking for an optometrist who really cares and does a thorough and excellent job, I highly recommend Dr. Wagner and Wagner Eye Care!

I had no problem with the doctor but his office staff is a bunch of liars. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks and didn’t hear back from them. I called them on April 21 st and Nancy tells me that they aren’t ready yet and will be in on Monday. Then I call them about a month later and someone in that office has the audacity to tell me that they had been sitting there since April 6 th and had called me then. Guess what? No call or voicemail from them.

I highly recommend the Wagner Eyecare and associates. I had tried other offices and not been happy with the level of eye care and by chance I found Dr. Wargner. Paul is very, very good at his job, friendly, helpful and provides high level care. My daughter's love the Dr as well, and travel from Laveen to continue care with the office.
