Walgreens Pharmacy, Phoenix AZ

Tried to call and check status of a child's prescription and was talked to disrespectfully and hung up on.

I go to this Pharmacy about two or three times a week. They are always very friendly and have good service. I love that they are open every day from 6 a.m. To 10 pm. They are usually quick also

The pharmacy is horrific. I have never gotten a script on time from them, sometimes even days later. If they tell you something will be ready in an hour definitely add 3 hours onto that. Customer service sucks as well.

The pharmacy techs and Pharmacists, are all helpful. Never had any issues picking up my medications here for myself and loved ones. I’ve had questions about over the counter medications and RPh always comes to my rescue. They also now have a bin where you can toss old medicines into. That’s a plus for everyone having old medicine that is expired.

Been going to Walgreen's for years and years. Rarely have any issues, which are always resolved quickly and amicably. They often will contact ur Dr on ur behalf if additional info/refills are needed, which other pharmacies refuse to do.

Avoid the heath care clinic as it is designed to take advantage of the poor. They want to charge me $100 plus medications a month to treat my high blood pressure. They will not give out 90 or 120 day prescriptions, only 30 day prescriptions, which forces you to see the nurse practitioner every 30 days at $100 or more a visit. Usury.

Nice facility clean no waiting and super nice staff. No patronizing condensending communication that makes you feel awckward but rather comfortable and most importantly confident to know you are taken serious genuinely. Or at least the part way played way too well and was lead to believe such for better but if not oh well. Some people just were not raised right. SMH.

Brought back the receipt and the item the same day and they refuse to do the return said that it was too much and out of their control but yet they did a return for the guy standing in line behind me. Strange the level of control people have and when they want to use it.

So on another shopping trip to this location they had all the aisles blocked off with shopping carts. That's got to be a hazard Fire & Safety but I guess that's out of their control too.

Worst customer service experience ever. Pharmacist was rude when I asked when they stopped being a 24 hour pharmacy store. I will never come back to this location and will make sure I will tell all my friends and family members I wish I was able to give them zero stars.

I love the store and location.mostly. But I'm sick of having people approach me outside. This was the last straw when someone stalked me inside to harass me for money. They need to fix this quickly.

The rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Extremely racist towards white people, especially the pharmacy tech was such a racist towards me, he refused to serve me, I asked for a manager, and he refused to call one. Then he told me if I didn't like the way I was being treated that I could call sheriff Joe Arpaio. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. The entire time the pharmacist did nothing to resolve the wrong and illegal treatment that I was receiving from one of her staff.

Big 24 hour location, not clean as some other walgreen but its expected from a downtown/city location.

This place is ok just as long as your needs are few, I did on more than one occasion staff members being very impatient while assisting me. Their attitude was like I was being a bother to them, also the rest rooms have been out of service for ever. I havent been back this month to see if it was fixed.

Again, I love this place! I do need to submit a correction however, is the pharmacy now closes at 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday. I have already achieved 2 $50 balance rewards certificates. Nobody works hear, no wait.yep there's one cashier at the pharmacy and at the front. Whoever runs this place must be going broke if they can't hire staff. Then I hear a staff member say their hours are getting cut despite there always being a line? Eh I'm just a costumer, I don't know clearly

I needed a medicine, it was an emergency. They told me it would take two days but then failed to place the order.

They've added a lot of food items. Catering to downtown lunch crowd, i prefer the old Walgreens.

They fixed a wrongly priced item for me quickly and more registers opened up as soon as a line grew behind me.

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff & fantastic customer service. They always have what I need.

I love this Walgreens. It's 24/7 (the store part that is, NOT the pharmacy) Friendly staff and very clean store. And with it being right next to the Light Rail it's very convenient for you last min items on the go.
